Welcome to the 2016 Innovative Culture Book! The culture book has become an annual tradition designed to capture the essence of who we are as an organization. Culture can be defined as the values and behaviors that contribute to the unique environment of an organization. It represents the DNA of our business and acts as the emotional energizer that fuels engagement and empowers employees to be the best they can be. As much as Innovative has been intentional in defining a purpose, core values and brand promise, the culture ultimately comes to life in the way everyone at Innovative shows up on a day to day basis. Our values set the tone, our people set the volume! Every single employee contributes to the culture of our organization and it’s a culture to be proud of. The energy felt, and commented on by visitors, in our workplaces. The results that bring customers back time and again. The good we do in the community. The energy for being the best in the industry. It all comes from the heart and soul that our people invest daily. Thanks to the commitment of everyone on the team, 2016 was another amazing year for Innovative! From expanding to a third location and accomplishing a monumental stadium project with all hands on deck, to developing a successful Learn-Teach-Grow program and paying extra attention to the importance of “Being Involved, I am extremely proud of the effort and dedication made by all of you. Our culture is not only something to be proud of, but also to be protected at all costs. In 2017, continue to immerse yourself in everything we stand for as an organization. Continue to embrace our vision and live out our core values. Continue to try new things and challenge the status quo. Continue to feel empowered in everything you do. I know that if we stay focused on making a difference every single day, it will result in continued success! 4
““ Our culture helps fuel the energy that makes me want to come to work! -BARB KUSILEK

Our theme for the year is “Clued In”, and we thought we’d have a little fun with the concept of “office crimes”. Play along and you could win a prize!

We’ve all experienced it: your tasty lunch vanishes from the breakroom fridge or your favorite pen is borrowed and never returned. Let’s throw a spotlight on these nefarious activities, and try to catch our Clued In characters in the act. Do you have what it takes to solve the crime?
