Frame is made from material DOMEX 700 MC The extra high strength steel grades are used in applications such as truck chassis, cranes and earthmoving machines. In these applications, the high strength of the steel is used to save weight and/or to increase the payload. Domex 700 MC with designation D and E meets and exceeds the demands for steel S700MC in EN-10149-2. With use of this material we can reduce total weight of machine for ease of use on slopes.

BDR is an excellent additional grass cutter that can be mounted on flail mower ELITE L or ELITE. It cuts the grass around the tree and vine without damaging it. An unique design with support pivoting wheel ensures better cut, safety work, precise moving according to the sensor sygnals, height regulation, regulated rear discharge and better following to uneven ground. Hydraulic side mounted rotary cutter is mounted on the flail mower together with an oil container. Its moving around the trees and vines is controlled by a sensor. With the use of flail mower and hydraulic side mounted rotary cutter together, we avoid using herbicides and double work, that means less costs and time spent. Together with that we take care for less poisoned invironment.

It is ideal for cutting grass and bushes on abandoned, uncultivated and other green areas, cutting material till 4 cm in diameter. According to its technical characteristics it is suitable for smaller tractors (Kubota, Iseki, AGT, Carraro and so on). EURO MINI is equipped with hammers in standard equipment, or with Y-blades as an option. Rear discharge is behind the rear roller, protected with rubber guard. Mechanical offsetting is in standard equipment, while a hydraulic offsetting is optional. Subsoiler can be mounted on 3-point linkage II or III cat of the tractor. 2-vibrational legs vibrate in a vertical direction. Ventilator creates an overpressure for a quality spreading of fertiliser near the root system. Fertiliser dosing is driven over the metal wheel. A rear roller is necessary for closing and levelling the ground. We can regulate a depth of subsoiling by adjusting the rear roller. A quantity of fertiliser is set with dosing system on both sides of the fertiliser device. With subsoiling we can assure better root system, better plant growth in general and better water infiltration.

OVERPRESSURE SEEDING DRILL AEROMAT AEROMAT is a precision pneumatic seeding drill of unique design, operating on the basis of the overpressure, for sowing maize, sugar beet, sunflower, pumpkins, soya bean. Precision seeding is controlled by a special modified seed wheel, driven by a central drive via pneumatic-tyred drive wheels. Gear box offers 48 (64*) different plant spacings. Ventilator (1) absorbs the air from the surrounding. It is cleaned in cyclone ﬁ lter (2). Clean air travelles through distributing (3) spiral tube into air nozzles (4) placed on seeding units (5). Compressed air is directed on seeding plates. It blows away a surplus of the seeds from the holes on seeding plates. Only one seed, the deepest one, remains in each conical bore. It travelles till the lowest position, where it is ejected with the help of ejector (6) into the soil.

Seeding drills - equipment options â&#x20AC;&#x201C; description of Electronic seeding control unit INOTRONIC PS200 INO Tronic PS 200 with a seed counter is a new electronic system. It is recommended to be used on all types of seeding drills. Each seed ejected from the seeding plate, is falling through a sensor into the soil. In this way PS 200 counts all seeds sown per each seeding unit.

Mobile silage mill PSA Mobile silage mill PSA is designed for grinding maize grains and husks for silage, with moisture till 40%. Its capacity varies between 15 and 60 tons per hour, depending on the moisture of the material being ground, engine power, strainer size, lap number and desired size of grind material. Mobile silage mill PSA includes the most modern electronics and technology. At the heart of the mill is a rotor with special blades, hammers and laps that grind the raw material. It is powered by an electrical motor with a power of 70-200 kW, or alternatively tractor (PTO shaft) with a modern compensation clutch. The clutch serves also as a safety device in the case of the mill being overloaded. The rotor components are produced from high quality material that is heat treated and tested with x-ray or ultra sound to ensure long lasting and reliability. Rotor is electronically balanced according to the DIN Standard. INO mobile silage mill is operated through a central control panel, with manual or automatic operating regulation. An automatic frequency regulator controls the optimal energy to minimise the running costs.
