The harmonious interplay of body and soul …
… is enshrined in the Ayurvedic concept of the three vital energies, or doshas: vata, pitta and kapha. Every individual has a certain constellation of doshas from birth, which regulate one's body.
By determining your constitution, you also enable our therapists to take your dosha into account during your treatments, for example when choosing the oil.
Our recommendation: Constitution evaluation by our Ayurveda doctor a personal and detailed consultation with our Ayurveda doctor for a constitution evaluation and pulse diagnosis, including advice on nutrition and treatments.
The high-quality oils we use pamper and rejuvenate your skin, are beneficial to your lymphatic and immune system, relieve fatigue and anxiety and strengthen your defences.

There are many factors in life that can put a strain on the body and our health. The Panchakarma treatment offers you the opportunity to slow down your body and mind. Learn to let go. Look forward to our Ayurveda hotel and enjoy the Panchakarma treatment, without jet lag, with oils from India according to centuries-old formula.
Let us guide you carefully through three phases of regeneration that merge into one another. During the preparatory phase, you will undergo a gentle pre-detoxification. This is followed by the ‘Snehapana’ (days of taking the herbal ghees). It removes toxins from the tissue and binds the waste products in the body. This is followed by the cleansing phase: ‘Virechana’. Now the dissolved waste products and toxins are removed through the digestive system by taking an Ayurvedic ‘laxative cocktail’ and supported by a Vasti (enema with herbal oil). Those days are something special and are also ideal for spiritual cleansing.
Afterwords we slowly initiate the build-up phase. Starting from now, your metabolism and your immunsystem will be strengthened. Our Ayurvedic doctor from Kerala and the AlpinSPA team will guide you through your personal cleansing and rejuvenation programme. The Ayurvedic diet from our organic kitchen ensures even greater well-being.

The Ayurvedic Garshan massage is performed with raw silk gloves. This unique dry massage stimulates the metabolism and circulation and supports the flow of lymph.
