Day 1 Phnom Penh

On arrival in Phnom Penh, be transferred to your hotel. Stay the next three nights at Rambutan Resort.

Day 2 Phnom Penh

Transfer via Tuk Tuk to Koh Dach. This small Island is known as one of the Silk Islands of the Mekong River. You will instantly feel taken away from the hustle and bustle of the city, as the island is a true representation of village life in Cambodia. Ride past houses on stilts, schools and small local markets. In the afternoon explore the city by rickshaw and venture to Phnom Penh’s iconic monuments. (BL)

Day 3 Phnom Penh

On a full day tour, journey to Phnom Tamao Wildlife Rescue Centre. Here you can help the bear care team to prepare food and special treats to keep the bears happy and healthy in their forest enclosures. (BL)

Day 4 Phnom Penh to Siem Reap

Journey from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap overland. Along the way visit Skun, the infamous Spider Market and have the chance to step outside of your comfort zone. Stay the next five nights at Bong Thom Forest Lodge. (BD)

Day 5 Siem Reap

Visit the Banteay Srey Butterfly Centre before exploring the red sandstone Banteay Srei Temple. Later this evening enjoy the Cambodian Circus Show. This is more than just a circus. The performers use theatre, music, dance and modern circus arts to tell unique Cambodian stories. (BL) Day 6 Siem Reap

Rise early and venture to the East Gate of the temples of Angkor. See the sun rise over Angkor Wat’s iconic spires. Spend the morning exploring Angkor Wat and gain an insight into life during the height of the Khmer empire. Later, visit the unforgettable Ta Prohm. (B)

Day 7 Siem Reap

Rise early as we head out of the bustling city and drive to the beautiful countryside area. Cycle along the red soil roads through some splendid villages. Share a meal with a local family as you are invited in for a freshly prepared meal. Later, explore a Cambodian floating village. This village moves along the river according to the season (BL)

Day 8 Siem Reap

On a full day tour, relax in nature as you learn all there is to know about wild elephants in
