Day 1 Manado

On arrival in Manado, be transferred to your hotel. Stay the next four nights at Best Western Manado.

Day 2 Manado

Embark on a city tour to discover the highlights of Manado. Begin with a journey to the Chinese Temple, Ban Hin Kiong, the monument of Sam Ratulangi and the famous Christ Blessing statue. Venture to Tangkoko Rainforest, which is a protected rainforest with varied obscure flora and fauna in a mountainous area. Here you will have the opportunity to spot rare animals such as the Macaca Nigra, Hornbill and Tarsius Spectrum, the smallest monkey in the world. (B)

Day 3 Manado

After breakfast, you will enjoy a cruise by motorised canoe to the island of Bunaken to snorkel in one of the most beautiful sea gardens. (B)

Day 4 Manado

Start the day with a drive to the Minahasa Highlands. Visit Tomohon, a small town situated between two active volcanoes with its unique local market which sells foreign delicacies. Afterwards visit Woloan village to see how traditional Minahasa wooden houses are constructed and visit Tondano, which is home to the biggest lake in the province. (BL)

Day 5 Manado

After breakfast be transferred to the airport for your onward journey. (B)
