Interestingly,Pareto’sLaw(alsoknownasthe‘80/20Rule’)appearsindramaticfashioninpopulationriskmanagement andhealthcare.Inshort,asmallpercentageofthecoveredlivesaccountsforadisproportionateshareofplanexpenses. Diabetes,cardiacconditions,andevensomecancerscanbereadilyidentifiedinearlystatesbythepro-activeuseof predictiveanalytics.
