Whatisyouropiniononthenecessityofapositivework culture?Inwhatwaysdoyouimplementitatyour organization?
Firstandforemost,youmustlovewhatyoudo. Myfirst joboutofcollegewasinagencyrecruiting;itwasaboiler room,100percentcommissiongrind. ButIwashooked fromtheverybeginning,becausethewayIsawit,Iwas gettingpaidtotalktopeopleallday. It’struethatIwasnot adoctorsavinglives,butIfeltalotofprideinknowingI washelpingtochangepeople’sliveswithamazing opportunities. Ithinkthatpositiveoutlookisinfectious, andifpeoplewhoworkwithandformeseehowinspiredI am,it’shardforthemnottobeonthereceivingendofthat vibration.
Engagementisalsokey. That’snotapeoplestrategy;it’sa lifephilosophy.Iamintentionaltoreallyknowmy teammatesateverylevel. Imakeanefforttobemy authenticselfasmuchasIcanandencourageotherstodo thesame.
