OneofthemostchallengingyearsformeasaCEOwas 2020.COVIDforcedustogotoaremoteenvironment immediatelyandourorganizationwasnotremote-ready Wediditthough!Becauseweareinmentalhealth,theneed forourservicesandcrisiscallsalsoincreasedsignificantly andthiswastryingonourteam.Wealsohadsignificant changesinourleadershipteamthatyear.

Wehadchangeswithtwoofourfourexecutives.Oneof ourexecutiveswastransitioningouttorunforpublicoffice, andtheotherleaderhadanupcomingretirement.

Wewerealsofacedwithsomefinancialchallengesand fundingcutsduetoCOVID.MybusinesspartnerandI werecommittedtokeepingeverybody'sjobintactandnot decreasingcompensationorbenefits.Wewereableto followthroughonthiscommitmentandgrowsignificantly intwoyearsfollowing.
