Butmyloveforthesesectorshasonlygrown.Sincethen,I havespenttimeworkingwithsomeofthebestbrands,both nationallyandinternationally.Imovedontoworkfor MultiChoice,apay-tvplatforminAfrica,andspentten yearslearningaboutthebroadcastingindustryfroma communicationsandproductperspective.

Whatisyourtakeontechnology'simportance,andhow areyouleveragingit?

Weallunderstandtheimportanceoftechnologyandhowit canbeutilizedforthegreatergood.Manyliveshavebeen positivelyimpactedbecauseofwhattechnologycando;for example,peopleinruralareascannowliterallyreceive medicationviadronedelivery.

Apartfromthat,Iunderstandfortheyoungergeneration thattheirmindsetisverydifferentthanthatoftheirparents andgrandparents.Theycansometimesfeelthatworklifeis aninflictionandthattheycangetawayfromitratherthan thinkofwhatitcangivethem.
