Paula Carneiro’s professional journey up until now.
● She started her career at a Global Manufacturing and Logistics organization, mapping out processes and interactions between systems, people, and ultimately, technicians. That segued into a proper Process Analyst role where my job was to write the procedural documentation and capture SLAs for the BlackBerry Global Data Center team.
● Through a series of operational-related roles and process improvement projects, She began to realize she had a gift for simplifying complex tech challenges for business leaders.

What challenges did she face along the way?
● In her early tech career, she was always one of the only women in the room, and she was certainly the youngest by far. It didn’t hinder her growth, but it helped shape her diplomacy tactics and refined her EQ so that she could be effective and her voice would be just as influential as her male counterparts climbing the ranks.
● She always advocated for equal representation and have only had a few snags along the way as have most women executives in her circle, but they were good learning moments for her and have served as valuable stories for the women I mentor in the technology space.
