Itdidhappenin2004.Womenwereeventuallyseenin businessandjobssuchasmarketingandsales,nursing, fashiondesign,andarchitectureinthecountry
Shewantedtooffertraininginallthesedomains,butshe wasnotallowedtodosoin1993.Shetookthechallenge andwasreadytofaceit.
In2003,thebusinesswasn’tdoingwell.Thelocationthey wereinwasn’tgoodanymore,andthecandidatesstopped wantingtojoin.Manyotherattractiveprogrammeswere available,andthisentitledhertoinvestmoremoney.She hadtoleavethepremises.However,shedidnothavethe financestosupportthatmove.So,shedecidedtogetaloan. Shedid,andshechoseagreatlocationthatwillfulfillnot onlythetrainingbutwillhelpachievesocial accomplishmentsaswell.Itwasonacampusof1000sq. m.Thatvenuewasahugesuccessuntil2014whenthey realizedtheyneededtobemoreadvancedandaheadofthe bigchangecomingtoKSA.Shedecidedtohaveabusiness partnerwhocansupportherplansandisalsoabelieverin herpassion.Anditwasherfriendandagreatsupporterof trainingandeducation,Mrs.NashwaTaher,aSaudi businesswomanwithaleadingpositioninthebusiness community.
In2019,COVID-19strucktheworld,andinMarch2020, KSAstoppedallformsofphysicaleducationandmoved everythingonline.Thiswastheirmostdifficultchallenge becausetheyhadneverstudiedorattemptedanyformof onlineeducation.
Again,shehadtobequickandreadytofacethechange. Shelocatedagoodtrainertoteachthemallhowtouse Zoomforeducationalpurposes,andinfivedays,theywere readytogolive.Theythendeliveredtoeachtrainerallof hertools,includingtablesandchairs,toallowthemtoteach comfortablyfromhome.Currently,FutureInstituteoffers allitsprogrammesonline.Itwasworththechallenge.
