Smoky, spicy and herby - very much an expression of it’s southern French origin with plenty of hedgerow fruit flavoursand good solid weight. A big wine with almost chalky minerality that begs to be matched with robust food.

Bordeaux Chateau La Tour d’Graves France 13% (C) From one of the great wine regions of the world this is bright, well-balanced and with perfect fruit; a delight.

Carmenere secret viu Manent Colchagua Valley Chile 14.5% (C) An intense, deep violet colour with complex notes of black pepper and spices. The fresh elegant palate suggests red and black fruits with a long finish.

Malbec Caballero de la Cepa Mendoza Argentina 13.5% (E)

Blackberry fruits, ripe plums, violets and tobacco leaves. Remarkable sweet tannins and a complex finish. Excellent choice.
