DAY CAMP: Arrive on Monday, meet Staff and other students an be assigned into your group.
Upon arrival on your first day, you will be met by a member of staff who will be in uniform. This member of staff will ensure that you are shown to where your group is, as well as collecting any medication that you may need to take during the day.
This medication will be kept in the infirmary under the strict control of our onsite nurse Leticia.
Staff will register your attendance on our system, therefore confirming your presence onsite. Should you need to leave early for any appointments, please ensure that this is communicated to your group teacher/monitor or leader.
A large number of activities are outdoors, this includes the snack time, therefore it is essential that all students attend the camp having ALREADY applied suncream.
Water fountains are located in a number of areas within the playground. As part of our green policy, we advise All students attend with a REFILLABLE bottle (which is not glass).

During the evacuation, students are reminded that they are:
• Not to run
• Follow the GREEN arrows to the designated assembly point
• Remain calm
• Report anything suspicious
• Follow the instructions of their teacher/ monitor or group leader.

I’d like to take this opportunity to ask that all students arrival punctually in order not to disrupt the smooth running of this activity. Please be aware that is is important that we have a written copy of the names and DNI of any persons attending the school to pick up children who are not the legal parents or guardians.
We offer all onsite students the optional (paid) extra to arrive earlier (by prior arrangement) as part of the “Breakfast in English service”. Accompanied by native English speakers, parents who prefer to drop their children off early will find that their child is offered a healthy breakfast ranging from fresh fruit, yoghurt, home made cakes and fresh juice while our staff look after them and engage them in conversation in English. Breakfast in English is available from 08:30 - 09:00
We strongly recommend that students attending the school do so in loose comfortable clothes, all clothes must be clearly labelled with the child's name. A small backpack will be necessary to contain the following essential items:
• Suncream
• Refillable water bottle
• Hat/cap
• Pens and pencils
• Swimming trunks/costume, flip-flops and a towel

Why aren’t mobile phones allowed at camp?
We have phones at each of our camps. If there is an emergency and you need to communicate with your child, please call or text us and we will connect you. We do not allow mobile phones at camp to give kids a time to explore the real world around them, build relationships with others, practice patience, and use valuable leadership skills. Mobile phones and other electronics are a big distraction for everyone and disrupt daily camp life.
How will camp staff communicate with families during the summer?
We will send out email inviting parents to join a closed and secure platform for education.
Are your staff trained and background checked?
Yes! We do several hours of training with both new and returning staff each summer. All of our staff are background checked each year, nearly all the staff at camp are teachers from the school.
What field trips do you go on?
Field trips to offsite locations are pending COVID-19 guidelines at this time.
What shoes should my child wear to camp?
Please send your child in close-toed athletic shoes or sandals that have an ankle strap that can get wet or dirty. No crocs or flip flops except when using the swimming pool.
What should my child bring to camp?
Please dress for the weather and wear clothes that can get dirty! Everyone should have sunscreen and water each day, we will provide limitless supplies of water and a reusable water bottle, no child is to bring glass to the school.
Can my child attend half days or partial weeks?
We do not pro-rate days or weeks. Registration is based on the full week regardless of how many hours your child attends.
Do you have a special diet for children with allergies and intolerances?
Yes, our menus are designed to take into consideration all of out campers that may have an allergy. On the signup/inscription form its important to list ALL allergies please.
How do I formalise my reservation?
All reservations for camps are only confirmed once full payment has been received for each child and for each activity.
