LOVE YOURSELF FIRST

When I’m coaching a client, the very first step in the process is “changing the mind.” If you want to create change, you must begin to see your goal already accomplished. Always view yourself in a positive light. Be your own best friend. You are in control; you can control your thoughts. Change your mind and your body will follow.
