LEAN AND GREEN SHRIMP & ZUCCHINI NOODLES

INGREDIENTS

 One pound peeled and deveined shrimp  One box or one bag zucchini noodles  One cup cherry (halved) or diced tomatoes,  1 tablespoon avocado oil  1 tablespoon low sodium cajun seasoning  2 tablespoons zero calorie balsamic vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

 Sprinkle cajun seasoning on shrimp, saute' in avocado oil. Remove from pan.  Saute' zuchini noodles and tomatoes until wilted. Add shrimp back to pan. Add balsamic vinegar toss, saute' two minutes.
