• 1 c. chilled coffee (optional) • 2 c. cooked pumpkin, fresh or canned • 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced • 1 c. almond milk • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon • ½ tsp. ground nutmeg • ¼ tsp. ground cloves • 2 c. fresh baby spinach (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. Pour all ingredients into blender. 2. Blend on high 1 minute or until mixture is creamy.
