Cindi Gresham, CIC Big "I" Fall Leadership Conference 2022

As is the tradition of the Big I, both nationally and on the state level, conferences are planned to educate, motivate and rejuvenate all independent agents. This year, Big I’s Leadership Conference, Education Convocation, Young Agent Leadership Institute and Fall Board meeting will be on September 13-17, 2022, at the Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino and the Niagara Falls Convention Center, in Niagara, NY. As is customary, the Fall meeting is held in the home state of the incoming Big I Chair. This year, John Costello will be sworn in at this meeting.

No matter where you are in your insurance journey the Big “I” has your back. Come and share your ideas with experts and peers to help you market smarter, crave a rewarding future and build lasting relationships with peers and Industry leaders. At this Conference you are invited to connect with a community of Independent Agents, to feel inspired and empowered in your business, to learn strategies, to cultivate future talent and create a pathway to perpetuation for your agency. What’s more, State Association leaders, education directors and young agent liaisons will have experience, discussions and content to help your volunteer organization THRIVE!

Presented by the Education Convocation, this track is designed for Big “I” State Association staff to help them support their mission to provide topnotch education content to Independent Agencies. The agenda is three full days of sessions and several members of our Insurors of Tennessee/Big “I” TN will be attending to learn to better serve our members.

Young Agents and any Insurance professional who wants to get laser-focused on leading with intention and growing their business are welcome to attend the Young Agent Leadership Institute. Lance Allred will help you hit any goal with the 5 principals of perseverance with his presentation, Lions and Leaders: The Principals of Perseverance. Peter MacDonald, Co-founder & CEO of Wunderwrite will win you over with Winning Automations, a talk on marketing automation and hear from agents making perpetuation and ownership moves. The agenda is full and you will come away with tips to help you build a successful business.

End the conference by attending one of the open Board of Directors Sessions. Learn about the inner working of your National Association, how they operate and how the National Director represents our membership and the great State of Tennessee.
