Holistic Reboot Starts March 1st Hit your reset button, start anew
Holistic Nutritionist Tracey Fox, NC and Lisa Moore, an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and owner of Harmony Yoga, will lead a five-week Holistic Reboot starting Tuesday, March 1st. This inspirational journey of education and discovery will help participants reclaim their wellness. Each of the weekly mini-retreats will provide useful information such as transitioning to a clean, life-enhancing diet; detoxification procedures; basic supplementation; yoga, breath control and meditation for stress reduction; aromatherapy for immunity and relaxation; and simple, delicious recipes. The participants will enjoy an elegant and delicious whole foods, organic dinner each session. The workshop will introduce the science of Ayurveda, an ancient health system that balances the body, mind and consciousness through individualized diet and lifestyle practices as well as herbal remedies. Bio-individual constitution types will be determined along with guidance on how to keep them balanced throughout the year. An added benefit of the series is compassionate group support and a sense of community as like-minded individuals gather each week to decompress and mindfully indulge in much-needed self-care.
