The Greystone line of training systems offers an all-in-one solution for your mechatronics and industrial maintenance lab! Durable lab equipment and rigorous courseware combine to deliver all you need for your secondary or post-secondary career and technology education program.
The Vibration Analysis Tools package is an optional supplement to the Mechanical Training Bench (IMP-1) trainer. This option adds a digital vibration analyzer, shafts, rotors and other industrial-grade components to deliver comprehensive instruction in all aspects of vibration analysis. Using Vibration Analysis Tools with the Greystone Mechanical Bench, students learn to measure motor vibration, identify sources of vibration such as couplings ,misaligned or bent shafts and unbalanced components. The included Student Study Guide lays a solid foundation in the theory and concepts involved in vibration analysis as well as guiding students step by step through hands-on lab activities with the trainer equipment.
