Historic Raleigh head badge returns The historic Raleigh head badge, with Nottingham England inscribed on it, returns as part of Raleigh’s new corporate style which will be used globally from 2010.
“Returning to the traditional logo is the best way to show the company’s pedigree and its historic commitment to Nottingham. All our partners across the world will now use this famous logo.” - Mark Gouldthorp, MD
Raleigh retur ns to Pro Road Racing Raleigh aims to establish itself at the very height of professional road racing again, 30 years after its 1980 Tour de France win, thus uniting its marketing and global range strategy, with an ambitious five-year plan. Team Raleigh has registered an application for UCI Continental status and will be targeting the UK Premier Calendar road race, Tour Series and Elite criteriums with the intention of securing an invitation to the Tours of Britain and Ireland in the first year, all of which have increased exposure on TV and are taking racing to the heart of the British consumer.
