TRUE LINEAR SUSPENSIO ON The unique ‘2circle’ suspension design offers a truly linear suspension action, where by the motion of the rear suspension unit maintains a linear force upon the rear shock unit, producing a smooth linear damping and spring action from the rear shock. The result is a smooth action throughout the travel of the rear suspension with no ramping effect. The linear force upon the rear suspension also greatly extends the life of the rear shock by not introducing any lateral force upon the stanchion as it moves through the shock travel.

FOLLOWING ON FROM a very successful 2008 launch of our road bikes, the new 2009 AVANTI range is more extensive. Using our own designed race proven carbon frame and fork the Cycling Plus award winning Race model now gets a new livery and an upgrade to the Ultegra SL groupset. The range now tops out with the new Team model fitted with the lightweight Sram Red groupset and Mavic Ksyrium Equipe wheels and for the budding time triallists and triathletes our Carbon Team TT model will make you go places FAST.
The new Raleigh Performance Division has been created to deliver the very best home grown bikes from MTrax and Avanti. Drawing on our teams engineering and design expertise that dates back to the famous 70’s TI Raleigh Team and through to Team Raleigh who dominated the emerging mountain bike cross country and downhill scene of the 90’s, where Raleigh led the way in frame materials, design and manufacturing techniques.

For the Next Generation TO SUPPORT and gain exposure for the Avanti and MTrax ranges we have launched our very own Raleigh Avanti Racing Team supported by Raleigh and all its accessory partners. Ashton/Diamondback Team to Grow 2008 season saw the Ashton/Diamondback Team dominate the headlines, with Sam Pilgrim and Ben Savage putting on a tremendous display of their talents, supported by team owner Martyn Ashton on the Animal Relentless Tour. Monthly features in MBUK, along with Rowan John’s online videos, ensured they were all in the news. The Team will be strengthened in 2009 to cover more mountain bike disciplines.
