TROUBLE SHOOTING: • You need a Micro USB cable to upgrade the B2 generator: USB 2.0-contact Type A (male) to micro-USB 2.0-contact (male). The cable was delivered in your B2 kit.
If a computer (both MAC and Windows) cannot find the B2 250 AirTTL when it is connected to a computer, try to: • Connect the B2 directly to the USB contact in the computer and not through the docking station, USB hubs etc. • Disconnect all other devices to the computer, such as Wacom tables, gaming devices etc. • If the issue persists, please contact your local dealer: http://profoto.com/int/profoto-dealers
