Production is now almost all in the UK, improving service levels

Balta used The Flooring Show to highlight its transformation since it was bought by Victoria Group. Now 95% of production is in the UK and all of it stocked here.

Thanks to the improved service it is now able to offer UK retailers, it is looking to expand its retailer base. The opening of the Alliance warehouse in Worcester allows it to ensure faster delivery and closer proximity for cuts and rolls. And to further improve service it is continuing to add to its network of sales representatives.

Luxury Weave is the latest Woolmaster addition, with the 100% wool range offering a dozen colours. The Tradition range will be added by the end of the year, further extending the wool offer.

In Stainsafe, which features top-quality polypropylene ranges that prioritise cleanability and easy use in everyday home life, more qualities will be added by the end of the year.

The Made in Heaven roll-out is happening and features Crescent, Eclipse and Sublime.

All of this while keeping the offer to retailers fresh and appealing. Proof of which is the relaunch of updated offers such as the evergreen qualities Noble, Shepherd Twist and Supertwist.
