AUCTION REGISTRATION & TERMS:
To bid on a property, begin by creating a user account at www.Interluxe.com. After activating your account, log in and proceed to the Property Details Page for your desired property. Click the orange ‘Register to Bid’ button to begin your registration. You will be required to execute the Online Auction Terms & Conditions and provide a $100,000 Bidder’s Deposit either through an American Express Pre-Authorization or a wire transfer to the auction escrow agent. Once registered, you will be eligible to place bids on all offerings as soon as the auction starts. Should you not be the winning bidder, wire transfers will be refunded, and preauthorizations released within 48 hours post-auction. Winning bidders must promptly execute the contract and submit a 10% earnest money deposit. The remaining balance is due at closing within 60 days.
