Our process funnels prospects to view your property details, review due diligence, and register to bid. Property tours take place over a 3-day period prior to the online bidding. Once the bidding commences, participants place bids on your property through the Interluxe platform from anywhere in the world via their computer, tablet, or mobile device.
We do not charge any fees to sellers. Our fee comes from a premium paid by the buyer. Sellers pay agent commissions as outlined in their listing agreement.
