HOW DOES THE AUCTION PROCESS WORK?
In conjunction with your agent, we showcase and market your property to our exclusive database and targeted buyers globally. Our process funnels prospects to view your property details, review due diligence, and register to bid. Property tours take place over a 3-day period prior to the online bidding. Once the bidding commences, participants place bids on your property through the Interluxe platform from anywhere in the world via their computer, tablet, or mobile device.
AREN’T AUCTIONS ONLY FOR DISTRESSED PROPERTIES?
No. Our typical seller is well capitalized. They choose auction to take control of their sale.
WHAT DOES IT COST? HOW DO YOU GET PAID?
We do not charge any commissions to sellers. Our fee comes from a premium paid by the buyer. Sellers pay agent commissions as outlined in their listing agreement.
DO YOU ACCEPT PRE-AUCTION OFFERS?
Yes. All offers received prior to auction are presented to the seller for consideration.
