The Seller’s Timeline

> 45 Days To Auction

• Consult with a member of the Interluxe team to discuss your luxury property, determine your specific needs, and your desired timeline.

• Select the listing option you prefer as well as any of our Interluxe Premiere Tools marketing services (if any) to accompany your campaign. The Interluxe marketing team will then create advertisements, brochures, and other materials for future placement.

• Fill out a Marketing Worksheet to highlight your property’s most desirable selling points and attributes. This information will then be used by our marketing team in the design and creation of advertising and marketing.

• Upload required disclosure documents (which vary by state), inspections, property features, and photography to the Seller Administration Panel on the Interluxe website.

• Schedule open-house previews for your property (we recommend a minimum of 3) where buyers and their agents can view and inspect your property.

< 45 Days To Auction

• Your luxury property is listed on Interluxe.com along with all associated documents, inspection reports, forms and conditions of sale.

• Your selected marketing program begins.

• Online alerts are sent to interested buyers regarding your property’s upcoming preview dates.

Auction Day

• In order to elicit the largest number of bids, Interluxe online auctions typically last for a 5-day period. As the seller, you’ll be able to track the bids on your luxury property as they occur in real time.

Closing

• Once a high bidder is declared, contracts are executed, earnest money is wired, and closing is set to commence within 30 days.
