The Interluxe Auction

Throughout the 45-day marketing period and auction, buyers will be able to register to participate in the bidding at any time. At your auction’s designated start time, registered prospects will begin to bid through the Interluxe.com website. (Keep in mind that additional bidders may still register even after the auction begins.) As the seller, you’ll be able to follow the competitive bidding as it occurs in real time.

Through our Final Call service, if a bid is received within the final hours of an auction, the auction is automatically extended. This prevents a “last-minute” bid strategy from curtailing additional bidding and further enhances a seller’s ability to maximize the value of their property.

As soon as a winning bidder is declared for your property, escrow is opened and your dedicated Auction Manager will walk the buyer through the necessary steps required for formal closing.
