Seller Fees

The fees for a property seller participating in an Interluxe online auction include the following:

• A 45 Day site listing & online auction is provided complimentary. This includes our Final Call™ bidding extension feature and a dedicated project manager to assist in all phases of your online auction program. Should any additional Interluxe Premiere Tools™ marketing services be desired, those shall be available by additional engagement. Buyer Fees

The fees for a property buyer participating in an Interluxe online auction include the following:

• A buyer’s premium will be charged to the winning bidder on the high bid amount.
