La scheda descrittiva degli orologi riporta lo stato generale di conservazione e di eventuali restauri, ed è fornita a titolo orientativo e non esaustivo e in nessun caso è da considerarsi una “Garanzia”.

Lo stesso vale per l’eventuale Condition Report richiesto dal compratore.

I lotti sono venduti nelle condizioni specifiche di come sono esposti, trattandosi di costruzioni meccaniche possono, negli anni, aver subito interventi atti al loro mantenimento. Si considerano pertanto da revisionare.

International Art Sale srl non assume nessuna responsabilità riguardo lo stato di funzionamento, restauri o parti sostituite. L’acquirente è tenuto a visionare attentamente i lotti nei giorni che precedono la vendita e chiedere delucidazioni in merito all’esperto. Nessun reclamo sarà accettato dopo l’aggiudicazione pertanto si da per letto questa informazione, come da Regolamento: Condizioni di vendita Art. 17.

I cinturini ed i bracciali sono da considerarsi non originali, se non espressamente specificato nella descrizione. Gli orologi impermeabili sono stati aperti per controllare l’originalità e lo stato generale pertanto non è più assicurata la impermeabilità. Si consiglia un controllo presso il proprio orologiaio di fiducia.

Si ricorda che l’importazione, in alcuni Paesi, di materiali provenienti da specie in pericolo di estinzione è regolamentata dalla Normativa CITES .

Per gli orologi con movimento al quarzo non viene fornita alcuna informazione riguardo il perfetto funzionamento.

Informations for buyers of watches

Please read carefully the following regarding the purchase of watches. The descriptive data of the watches shows the general state of preservation and any restoration, is provided for guidance only and not exhaustive, and should not be considered a “Warranty.”

The same applies to the possible Condition Report required by buyer.

The lots are sold with the specific conditions of how they are exposed, since the mechanical construction may, over the years, having undergone maintenance work. An overhaul is recommended to all watches.

International Art Sale srl does not assume any responsibility for the operation status, restoration or replacement parts. The buyer is obliged to examine carefully the lots in the days before the sale and ask for clarification about the expert. No claim will be accepted after the adjudication therefore as to read this information, as per regulation: Conditions of Sale Art. 17. If not expressly indicated in the description, straps and bracelets are considered to be non-genuine.

Waterproof watches have been opened to check the originality and the general state therefore no longer assured impermeability. We recommend an inspection at its confidence watchmaker.

Please note that the import, in some countries, of materials from species in extinction danger is regulated by CITES legislation.

For watches with quartz movement it is not provided any information regarding the perfect functioning.
