Encaustic swept me of my feet ve years ago, and since then I have felt like I've been on a journey of endless discovery. I'm still in awe of how well encaustic can be combined with other materials. My creative process is based upon my values: respect for the environment and exploration of human emotions. These ideals lead me in the selection of objects to add to my works, such as recycled jewelry, rusted pieces and such, whatever helps best to represent my vision in the moment.
