Rather this is your first time renting a villa or your are a seasoned villa vacationer, you are going to have questions about your upcoming experience. We are here to help answer some of the most frequently asked questions.
What is the required legnth of stay?
Typically a 5 to 7 night stay is required Many do accept shorter stays During the holiday season, almost all villas require a minimum of 7 to 14 nights.
Does the rental start on a certain day?
Generally, you can arrive any day of the week as long as the villa is available Certain destinations, particularly France and Italy, the normal arrival and departure days are Saturday.
What are the cancelation policies?
Once a villa is fully paid, it is non refundable During the holidays many villas are non refundable at the time of booking. We do feature villas with flexible cancellation policies, ask a Villa Specialist for more information.

Generally, transfers are not included. We highly recommend renting a car or a hiring a private driver to freely explore the destination.
Are properties fully staffed?
We offer villas with full staff, partial staff, and villas without staff. Our Concierge team can arrange additional staff upon request.

Housekeeping is included in most villa rentals We ask that you confirm with a villa specialist the frequency of this service Our Concierge team can arrange additional housekeeping upon request
Are gratuities included?
Gratuities are not included in the villa rental. We recommend 15% of the villa cost in low season and 10% of the villa cost in high season.
Issue 27 | 234 Can gratuities be prepaid?
Gratuities can either be prepaid or paid to the butler at the end of the rental. The butler will distribute the gratuities to the staff memebers.
Is food included in the villa rental?
The cost of food is not included in your villa rental Typically, we recommend a food budget of $65 to $75 per person per day. Our Concierge team can assist with pre stocking your villa.
