From the Editor... If someone shows you new things, a new vision or different beliefs, do you find you’re self-questioning whether it is true? Does the belief that only your way is the right way keep you from growing and expanding? Each month this magazine shares information that expands ones views of the world and potentially challenges beliefs. Some of us will know the information already and be in agreement, for others it may challenge their beliefs. Do you stay in your comfort zone or do you continually push yourself beyond it? Some people I have spoken to stay in their comfort zone their whole life, not seeing the point of changing, yet others continually strive to learn, grow and change. How do you learn? How do you change and grow? You can do it through expanding your consciousness, by learning more, questioning more, observing more, and being open to new information.

We are here to complete certain cycles, or learn certain lessons. We are also here to come to terms with ourselves and raise our consciousness and yes, everyone is going to achieve that a different way.

Who is right, who is wrong, and what is the right way? Well the thing is there is no right or wrong. Realise what is right for one person may not be right for another. Have no judgement upon others about who they are, or what they do. Your path is not their path. They are here to walk in their shoes and you are here to walk in yours. We may not agree on someone else’s beliefs or lifestyles, however most of us agree on some key things.

A Spiritual Journey By Belinda Paton

I left New Zealand not really knowing where I was going or where I was going to end up... I hadn’t travelled before. I was now sitting alone on a plane with tears rolling down my face. Somewhere inside I knew that I wouldn’t be back for a long time and things would never be the same again, and I was scared. The travel bug had come upon me quite suddenly. I had thought to myself one day, “I have a business, a house, a sports car, now what? Travel seemed to be the answer and something inside me was “calling” for to me to go. So I sold all my things, rented out my house, said good bye to my cat and left. This was to be the start of a huge spiritual journey and awakening that took me nearly 12 years to complete. It began in Australia and took me to the depths of the Himalayas and back, to the mountain tops of Tasmania and the deserted Islands of the Whitsunday’s. I would lose everything and yet gain so much more and it all started with a man and getting lost in his beautiful blue eyes. His upbringing had been so totally different from mine. It involved Ashrams and Gurus and meditation and lots of travel. I was a shore girl from Auckland and had never even heard of an Ashram. He’d already been to India three times before I met him and he taught me that life is for living and we must make the most of every opportunity to have an adventure and so we did. Spontaneity was in. It was a really exciting time for me. We travelled Australia, we climbed mountains, and we discovered places that felt like the end of the earth. We found caves with ancient rock drawings and we saw the most beautiful sights that nature has to offer. We were guided from within and there was always some adventure on the horizon. During this time I discovered the exquisite beauty of nature and through this developed a deeper connection to mother earth. When you are sitting

atop a mountain at sunset, watching the magnificent colours reflected in the lake below and nobody around for miles and miles, the stillness and serenity is all encompassing. You find the stillness reflected within and a growing sense of joy and gratitude for life. They say that Australia is a land of huge spiritual growth and I must say I found this to be so. We travelled to India. The vibrancy, the colour, the intensity of the culture was awe-inspiring. The poverty makes one think how lucky we are. Or are we? Do we really need all this material stuff when so many live with such simplicity and are happy. So many live close to the earth, feeling the seasons upon their skin, in tune with the rhythms of mother earth and are so much happier than those in the western world. We meditated in Ashrams in the heart of India and we trekked the Himalayas. All the while bringing me closer to myself. I learnt that we all have our guidance within ourselves. The key is learning to tap into it. We don’t need to be without, we need to look within. We have everything we need there.

my work. This is why many people are drawn to my work and many have had healing experiences through the images and the workshops I teach and their hearts are opening. Art has always been a part of my life. I discovered colour at a young age and there was no turning back! I couldn’t help it; my mother was an art teacher. Paints, pastels, glazes, inks, and dyes, all surrounding me and enveloping me in a rich tapestry of layers of dazzling vibrancy. I adore colours! How they make you feel, how they work so beautifully on the subtle levels of our existence. They do so much healing just from being. I feel so blessed to be able to utilise their energies within my work. I have discovered many wonderful secrets along the way through exploring my inner and outer worlds, and connecting with my creative spirit. I have just recently returned to New Zealand and the journey, as always, continues, as there is always more to learn and to share. I create workshops in art and spirituality, to teach and help others onto their path of light and to open the hearts of people to the magic therein. I share all that I know and I am pleased that I can be a catalyst in this beautiful healing journey for others. Some time after returning from India, I found that my Ceramics studio was to be taken away. I was working as a full time potter at the time. So I thought, “I will just paint for a while “as I had been wanting to for years but hadn’t allowed myself the time to just “play”! Where science meets healing: biological secrets that

re-define your approach to therapy

So let’s look what happens if you put the horse before the cart for a change: (See arrows above)

Healing techniques – all of them – could be thousands of times more effective if turned inside out. Corporate lawyer turned healing researcher and instructor, Simon Rose, explains how. How you were conceived – those vital first moments when mother met father and sperm met egg – carry a signature that can determine everything about your life, your health and ability to form stable relationships. Those vital moments, known as Key Developmental Events (KDEs), hold the key to a radical new approach to healing which is just beginning to turn the healing world upside down and inside out.

enlightenment research [Endnote #1] and the science of epigenetics. I call this field “frontier psychology” and I guarantee that over the next 10 years it will turn every healing technique and hopefully mainstream psychotherapy upside down.

In this article, I’ll show you just one of the ways in which this information turns the healing world upside down and inside out. You can use this information to achieve extraordinary results, whether in your own healing journey or to assist you as a practitioner.

Navigating the healing journey

KDEs are not just one more piece of the puzzle, like one more thing on a very long list to clear. Instead, this information can potentially replace years and years of therapy, eliminating the concept of digging through your issues like layers of an onion.

They techniques are very different. Yet, in a specific sense, they are the same. Here is how I represent the traditional approach to healing: (See arrows at bottom of page)

To appreciate how radically new this approach is, please allow me a moment to digress with a summary of what I call the “traditional” approach to healing.

Reading through the pages of this magazine, you would be forgiven for being confused, even overwhelmed, by the wide range of healing techniques and therapies on offer.

Notice how much time is spent identifying the problem and searching for its cause. Some therapists devote an entire session (or sessions) just to understanding the client’s problems, so that they

can then find the cause. Many more sessions might be spent searching for the cause. Some healing is applied (whether it is a talking therapy, spiritual therapy, energetic therapy or so on). The process is repeated as many times as necessary until the client is satisfied with the results.

You can immediately see how much simpler this approach is. It is vastly more efficient than the traditional approach to healing because the causes of most human suffering are already known. You can stop searching.

And the results? You’ll probably agree with me when I say sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t! At best there is some luck involved, such as did the client and practitioner (1) correctly identify the problem; (2) find the true underlying cause; (3) apply the correct technique; and (4) repeat as many sessions as were necessary. The difference between a new therapist and a master practitioner has a lot to do with control over these 4 variables.

Consider this:

• No need for the therapist to know or suffer from hearing the client’s trauma (known as secondary trauma);

In my view, starting with the problem and searching for the cause is like putting the cart before the horse. It’s the long way home. The only reason people use the traditional approach is that up until now, there simply wasn’t another way.

What does this mean for me?

• You don’t need to talk about your childhood – no more “tell me about your mother” ever again; • You don’t need to talk about abuse or painful memories; • Never relive or re-experience pain or trauma during the healing process; • Very easy for clients who don’t like regression or hypnosis;

• Incredibly high success rates (up to five times higher than traditional healing); and • Very low-cost personal growth because clearing each KDE clears symptoms that could have taken hundreds of hours of therapy to identify let alone clear.

I trust you can see the potential for this approach of putting the horse before the cart. The potential is there to make your healing journey – and your life – a LOT smoother. You can probably see that everything rests on knowing the precise KDE to work on. Fortunately this work has been done for you. Whilst it’s beyond the scope of this article, I’d like to briefly share a few KDEs so you have a sense of how powerful this approach is. Introduction to the Key Developmental Events There are 10-15 key moments in the development of our biology which are the most significant in determining our health, wealth and personality. Of these, the most significant ones relate to the moment of formation of the egg and sperm and the moment when these 2 united as one. Where do I come from? The story of the egg and sperm The egg you came from was created in your mother whilst she was at about three months’ gestation inside your grandmother. This means that you are, in a strict biological way, directly influenced by the environment that was present when your grandmother was pregnant. That was back before the days of no drinking, smoking or sushi! Any trauma or toxicity present at that time is written into your cells. This is not an ancestral or inherited trauma. Your original egg cell was physically there. The same applies on the father’s side. Men start to produce sperm at puberty. It turns out that trauma

and toxicity at this time influences the genetic blueprint passed on to their children through their sperm. A simple example: if a man starts to smoke before puberty, his children will have much more health problems (e.g. obesity or diabetes) than the children of men who started smoking after puberty. Just knowing this fact opens new doors for the treatment of weight and hormonal issues, because now we know that they are epigetic problems – relating to the blueprint present in the sperm and egg. [endnote #2] The next most significant biological moment is fertilisation – the moment when sperm and egg meet. This moment profoundly influences your life. I find it easiest to explain this through metaphor. At fertilisation, the cell wall of the egg is penetrated by the sperm. To me, the cell wall represents a metaphor for our inter-personal boundaries. When a client pretends to be the egg and visualises the strength of this cell wall, what she describes to me is a perfect description of her own boundaries. Empowered people, those who can easily say “no,” always describe the egg as strong and in control of the fertilisation process. Many of my clients have suffered abuse – physical, sexual, mental or emotional. Without fail, these clients describe the lining of the egg as weak. They relate to feelings of violation in the egg as it is penetrated. What is really incredible about the metaphor is this – when I apply the healing tools to clear the cellular trauma of the egg, the client can

no longer find any trauma from abuse. I have had clients who have been abused their entire lives; hundreds if not thousands of different gut-wrenching incidents of violation. Using “traditional healing” it may be necessary to discuss, process (and sometimes re-live) these traumas. Using this egg fertilisation exercise these clients can clear every trauma without telling me a single painful story and without shedding a tear. What’s more, at the end, their boundaries are strong and they feel empowered to say “no.” The cycle of abuse has been broken. Relationships and addictions It might amaze you to know that the patterns you attract in relationships are a re-creation of trauma you experienced as a foetus in your mother’s womb. [Endnote #3] It is somewhat inevitable that a foetus will experience shock or trauma at some point during gestation. Imagine a heavily pregnant woman bumping herself getting into a car. The foetus experiences a mild sense of shock. Inside the womb, the foetus reaches out to the mother for security. This reflex is one of the deepest, most hard-wired human instincts. Inside the womb, the foetus “feels” whatever the mother is feeling, and a strong association is made between this sensation and the foetus’ own survival instinct. For example, if a mother is hurt in a situation where she feels fear, the foetus associates this feeling of fear with its own instinct of searching for security. It is an association, not a belief system or feeling. Associations are the “language” of our deepest brain, the reptilian brain. As an adult, this person may

become an adrenaline junkie. They are addicted to attracting fear, because it is only in fear that they feel that they are gaining security. This isn’t meant to sound logical (it’s not stored in the frontal brain which allows logic). This is an association made on a very deep level in the reptilian mind. It relates to our own instinct for security –the strongest of all animal instincts. This particular KDE explains the type of partner that a person attracts. For instance if you have a client that keeps attracting the same type of man/woman, for instance violent men; there is a related pre-natal trauma. A common example: the mother is abused and the foetus picks up on the feelings of violated. As an adult, the client keeps attracting violent men. You can save her from one relationship but the next month she is dating an identical man. Why? Because in her reptilian mind (which makes the core decisions about safety), she has associated the search for security with feeling vulnerable or violated. Pre-natal trauma defines our choice of partner for sexual relationships, friendships and business partnerships. We all have this type of pre-natal trauma. It is the hidden factor influencing our career, relationships, body shape, addictions, etc.

There are at least 10 more of these biological points – each one an amazing story of biology and each corresponding with different aspects of our physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. In addition to these biological points, there are three of what I’d call “spiritual” developmental events. The points are the act of conception (the experience or story of our parents at our conception), the creation of our soul and the ensoulment or meeting of the soul and biology. Each of these three points can carry significant trauma, and clearing them creates a profound shift in our personality and wellbeing. Results speak for themselves The proof, they say, is in the pudding. Since we started working with KDEs in 2008, the success rate we have achieved for our clients has increased five-fold. Not only do people clear the real hidden cause of their problems, they do so without the trauma associated with digging or regressing back through layers of memories and drama.

You cannot counsel a client out of this behaviour. You cannot use logic to change a behaviour pattern that is held on the level of instincts.

We have had people with serious diseases, such as congestive heart failure, experience instant remission after clearing the inutero trauma.[Endnote #4] Many of our clients have had a lifetime of psychotherapy, only to discover after a session of clearing KDEs that they simply have no trauma left.

Most healing techniques work on a mental level (e.g. counselling, changing beliefs) or energetic level. Very few techniques work on the level of survival instincts, and only those techniques are completely effective to change these associations.

The nest time you try to heal yourself or a client, ask yourself whether you are putting the cart before the horse. Are you searching blindly for the mysterious source of all your suffering, or would you like to be lead directly to the source?

True Healing & Humans

If someone comes into your arena of learning and shows you new things, a new way, a new clear vision, do you find you’re self-questioning whether it is true? Does the belief that only your way is the right way keep you from growing and expanding in your vision and passion? My friends, I believe that there are many of you out there that have at one time or another been given a clue and/or a handle on a new concept, but because it is a different approach in the area you’ve trained in or believed is correct you just cannot accept it. Many of you have different teachings and ways of bringing your gifts of healing through to the masses of humanity. Why is it so difficult then to look at another’s way and accept it, even if it is different to yours or similar? Do you honestly think that there is only one way to heal the human body? Or psyche for that matter. Surely you must understand or have a concept of understanding that all true healing is brought to you from the times before, from the higher realms of knowing. You have already played the healer and teacher and now bring this into the 3D realm. Understand that when we, (by we I refer to those of us in the realms of Ascended Masters, Star Beings, Angelic etc.) have knowledge that we choose to share with you and bring that knowledge to you, then it is brought into your place of co-creation and healing modality for the moment of your now. It does not automatically cancel or delete any other modality that you may use or be aware of. What it should do is cause you to look and understand what is being shared. Is this an ‘upgrade’; is this an ‘addition to what I use already’ is this a ‘New area of learning’. Understand that all healing is to be accessed only in truth and knowing and awareness of self. If we were to approach the one who introduced the True Healing Aspect onto your 3D planet in a way of your realisation, he would tell us that he never intended you to ‘fight over it’. The Christed One, you refer to

as Yeshua or Jesus is one who brought to you the knowing that if you believe in YOURSELF and reach out of yourself and tap into the Higher Awareness, the Universal Healing of Love of Self, you will be able to heal yourself. Yet, humans being what they are decided that true healing could not be handled by the masses. It was not good that all mankind could access the intent of true healing, so rules and belief systems around that True Healing were constructed. So over your lifetimes we have slowly introduced different modalities to bring you all to a place where you look at EVERYTHING and see how they ALL link in together and create the template that you are looking for in Healing. No One Human has it all in one package. Please understand you have been given parts of the whole. Our vision was to bring you together in a community of heart to share, to collate, to unite your knowledge and truths and share what comes from this way of being. Unfortunately you still have this idea that ‘only you’ have the ‘right’ way. IT IS TIME TO STOP this way of thinking. How can you expect to progress in your journey of Ascension and Expansion in Higher self if you allow yourselves to be bogged down in these menial parts of self? Surely you are beyond this? It is time to begin to look at where you are sitting. Are you from a place of community, of heart connection or from a place of you are wrong and I am right? Does it truly matter if you work alongside an entity that has an affinity for two or three healing modalities which group of beings have introduced to planet earth, and speak of one to another and show how they interlink?

Perhaps it would be better for humans to deny that there are any entities that work with them – for sanity sake... yes. Many of us in the Esoteric Realms now struggle, if you will, with the human concept of duality while trying to walk away from ego and personality traits that hold you back. How long will you tie yourself to the imprints and belief systems that keep you tied to working in only one modality of healing? Can you not see how by uniting different modalities that fit, increases the totality of what you want to bring into this 3D place? Dare yourself to look into that which seems ‘strange’ or different to your way of being and challenge yourself to work within the expansiveness of Love and Truth. See yourself truly in the awareness that when you work with your modality of healing you are actually tapping into the Universal Healing and that you have been given this knowledge by AN ENTITY whether you originally knew it or not. The original teaching and showing of the healing that you use/teach/ operate in was taught to you / your teacher / guru by a Higher Energy Being – be it an Angelic, Ascended or Cosmic. Do not refute others because they choose to work hand in hand with these beings in a close and personal manner – it does not mean you are to do this – it just means that there are those around that you are able to connect to at a heart level to assist you in what you are using to help humanity. Is this not why we ring this to your planet? Is this why we work with the different groups of humans? To bring dissension and separation? Or to bring an inclusiveness and joining together? We are astounded when groups decide that they are not to get involved in this or that way due to belief systems around entities or perceived understandings on how a modality is for self-healing. Can you humans still not understand there is no separation, you are all part of the one and therefore you all have parts of the same healing modality you just interpret it differently. We will choose to speak again more directly if we continue to see this occurring – it is time for those of you in the ‘healing modalities’ to see yourselves as NOT the healer but the FACILITATOR of that healing. The construct of how it is done is based on the same template which is this – the receiver must first believe

they are ready to receive, the receiver must first KNOW that they are worthy of their healing. Then the one who works with them IS NOT the healer of the receiver but only the means of the healing process moving from the universal gateway into a hollow tube to be accessed by the receiver requiring the healing. Think of yourself dear ‘healer’ as nothing more than an energy pump. You are filled with the universal energy. You make yourself available to another to link to, and then they draw from you what they need. When they are complete / full they disconnect and move on… if you require them to return to you we humbly ask WHY. You cannot heal. You may have talents that assist the human body to over come illness or dis-ease but the individual is the one that originates within them the initial step to choose healing for them. They are their own healers; you are the assistants in this process. In this manner all who bring though modalities of healing from the Higher Energies or Cosmic Beings are bringing in more of the True Healing back to you, as they align themselves to be conduits of energy for those that require it. You all utilise entity energy for your modalities – whether you choose to believe it or not. Learn to be in peace with each other, learn from each other and know that one is not better than the other, but may be closer to the True Healing than you, in as much as more has been brought through so that you may learn more from them for yourself. Do not be stubborn and refuse a gift because it does not seem to fit in your construct of thought. We are the Council of Many. We ask that you heed our words and ensure that your hearts are free from ego and self-importance. Be full of integrity and knowing of self.

Rainbow Children and Rainbow Animals

Message from Emerald Wolfhound Also a Message relating to the recent quakes By Faye Rogers, Animal Communicator Michelle asked me this question: “Faye I’ve been thinking...can we have ‘rainbow’ children in our animals? In my opinion the animals that we are breeding are a little bit more ‘special’ these days...” So on the 22nd of December I asked Emerald this question. Emerald’s Message: (Transcribed exactly as was told) Delightful question and shows what an inquiring mind our dear Michelle has and she is dear to many, do not forget this Michelle. Due to the fact that vibration is altering, this means that animals or people that are maybe considered more highly evolved, their energy will come forward – some of these more highly evolved beings have had Earth lives before but because the energy of Earth is altering this means that they now come to Earth with different energy than they would have before. Many are also here to assist the planet so they carry more of their soul forward. Think of the soul as multi-facetted and every facet relates to an energy force and therefore with the changes of the Earth’s energy more facets of the soul come forward and this plays out in one’s energy. So yes Animals are coming forward like the Rainbow Children, their energy is different than before, the planet can now support their energy, and also their energy is needed for the planets evolvement. Nothing is black and white there is always more than can be shared or sensed so do understand this. Many beings have been planted on Earth to increase the energy frequency of Earth so that evolvement can happen, and also due to the energy vibration increasing this also means that the souls that live on planet Earth their soul will share more of their facets – remember I said multi-facetted soul – so when the time is correct more of the soul’s facets will be exposed as the Earth’s energy will support this and so therefore growth of this planet is dependent on many – not one

or two but many – without the masses the energy cannot alter – and with the alteration of energy this means that souls can come forward and share more of their multi-facetted soul. Why is the soul multifacetted and this is to show the depth of the soul that the soul can grow - imagine planet Earth covered in souls who are so highly evolved and these highly evolved souls retain everything they have been taught, all they have learnt, all that is known would the Earth’s vibration support them – the Earth’s vibration wouldn’t be able to support this vibration – that is why the vibration is altering, why beings are coming forward whose vibration is different than it was before due to more of their soul is exposed and in time more will come forward – energy has to support energy so do understand this. Michelle your little foal holds an old soul but then so does many. Due to the energy changes that have happened this means that the old soul can present more facets of itself and then because this is different energy will allow more to come forward. Also for yourself realise that you have evolved Michelle so therefore more of your own animals who reincarnate here will be different due to they are also supported by your energy and will support your energy and your journey that is ahead – all is dependent on each other – there is no separateness – your journey is dependent on others and others in their journey are dependent on you dear Michelle. Also see Michelle that your own soul is evolving due to more facets of your soul is able to come forward now than it has ever been allowed to before that is why many have experienced being woken and this could have been 10 years ago or it could be now but due to the energy altering this has allowed more of the soul to come forward or facets of the soul – so the highly evolved souls will present more of their souls in time as they will be supported energetically.

Also sometimes and Faye has experienced this and I will share this in case she forgets – sometimes an animal will come to a family and they carry special energy and this animal has supported the energy of the Rainbow Children to come in so that the Rainbow Child’s own energy will be less disturbed on arriving here. The Rainbow Children have more of their soul exposed or facets of their soul and I hope what I have shared this will explain why they are full of rainbow colours because more of their soul is shining and exposed. Emerald: Yes you have to see that energy sticks and due to the denseness of energy that is presented from people or beings to the environment that they live in this effects Mother Earth’s vibration. Mother Earth is beautiful, caring and nurturing and sure there are disasters and calamities happening all the time and some of this is due to man’s interference in the natural balance – sometimes disasters and calamities are to release what is stored here so that the vibration of the planet can go forward to support the vibration that is coming in – this might seem very cruel when one has to live through another disaster and it sure is scary as I have experienced this but to understand for the vibration to move forward is to remove what is stuck and denseness has to be shifted – this will not help people who are worried about quakes, worried about flooding, worried about storms and have experienced these physically as I have experienced quakes but sharing that more of the soul’s multi-facets become exposed there has to be energetic support to support the soul. The spiritual realms is very high frequency vibration and therefore the soul’s multi-facets are fully supported in the spiritual realms more than will ever be experienced on Earth – unfortunately the world is scarred and battled from dense energy, from misdeeds, from grievances, from greed, from cruelty and these are stored in the energy of Earth and Earth due to the energy is altering has to become free from this. 24th December Faye: Emerald any message that you can share today to help with what we experienced yesterday Emerald: My words that I shared recently will probably seem cruel and cold. Energetically the quakes affected me greatly, I had trouble grounding myself, troubling adjusting my energy after every quake, every disturbance and so always look at your base chakra as this is the chakra of survival – fill the base chakra with Angel light and this will help – this isn’t about resetting your chakras but filling your base chakra with Angel light, ask your own guardian Angel to transmit this light to you – this might seem strange advice to share as the base chakra is the survival chakra and surely the Angelic energy will be too high for the base chakra but the Angelic energy will support the base chakra, will ease some of the worries, will hopefully make one breath easier – so therefore when the base chakra is hit hard this affects the muscular, affects the digestion, affects the emotions and electrical energy that runs throughout the body and the aura and one feels out of control, feels vulnerable and worried – out of control doesn’t mean that one is destructive but feelings of not being in control – one’s own Angel can assist with this and this is what I would do – once my heart slowed down enough I would ask my own Guardian Angel to assist and therefore I could rest easier, due to my great age my heart would be disturbed due to the shock not because of a heart condition but a huge massive jolt to the electrical energy and how the electrical energy would resonate with my physical body and so the Angelic energy allowed everything to be helped faster – if one became too scared one doesn’t think and they act out of fear and this is understandable – how does this affect the animals they are caught in their fears and unable to become connected to themselves as they are trapped and this is what people and animals experience if they experience a quake and they find it very disturbing and they become separate from themselves – so understand the words separateness holds more than what I have shared.

‘Free Will’

Free will is the most important of the spiritual laws governing humankind. Many people are familiar with the idea that humans have free will to make their own choices - in fact, Planet Earth is often called ‘the free will planet’. But free will goes far beyond simply being able to choose which action to take and when. It is the ability to choose what to think, what to desire, what to feel and how to react; even more importantly, it is the ability to believe whatever we want to believe. God, the Universal Intelligence, the Creator, whatever you choose to call ‘it’, helps us maintain and even strengthen our belief systems - whether they are based in Universal Truth or not. Whatever our belief, the Universe will allow us to experience, in physical, the outcomes of such a belief. That is free will in action, and that is partly why it is so important to be aware of our core belief systems: they are the foundation upon which our physical body rests, and upon which our life experiences depend. Free will is also our opportunity to choose between doing what we want and doing that which the Universal Intelligence requires of us. There is only one way to find what God requires of us, and that is to ask God, through our own personal teacher/companion guide. Only they have the Universal Truth of what God requires of us as individuals. If we do not ask what is required of us, the information will not be given (because it would interfere with our belief(s). If we rely upon another person to tell us what God wants us to do, or upon information that is presented in a

book (any book) or on television, or on the internet, we will not find God’s Truth of what is required for us as individuals - we will find only what another human thinks we should do; thus the importance of regular communication with our own guide. The flip side of the free will coin is unconditional love. We are all children of God and we are each loved unconditionally at all times; therefore, we are never judged, criticized or condemned by God or his representatives. However, God does not excuse us from responsibility. He allows there to be consequences for our choices and our thoughts, attitudes and emotions. The consequences may not always be pleasant - they may even be painful - but the individual is still entitled to communication, guidance, teaching and unconditional love throughout the entire life experience, whether or not we think it is deserved. However, just because we have free will does not mean that we are in charge: our lessons will be presented according to God’s timing and in whatever way he sees as best for our spiritual growth and he will test us relentlessly to make sure that the lessons are learned.

Have that roll out like ‘excessive fervour’ and willingness to do all that it takes to achieve. A is for Attitude. An attitude of gratitude is very attractive. It attracts abundance. Make the “customer experience focal point” one of gratefulness. You could even adopt a virtue a week (There are 52!) and have them as the weekly practice. Both staff and customers will appreciate the experience. www. virtuesproject.org.nz C is for Creativity. Each of your team has individual gifts that are not part of their job description. Find a way for them to be utilised to bring some joy to the workplace. To be recognised and honoured for individual contribution is pure joy and that energy is what your customer will receive. When we collaborate and use this “prescription” we are being a contribution to the wellbeing of others. We contribute to their happiness and may well make their day. Send 3 random hand written pieces of mail a day to your customers acknowledging their importance in your community. Catch people doing something right – indeed develop a process whereby that forms part of the staff evaluation process! We are perfectly placed to get the right chemistry in place to create wellbeing locally, nationally and globally. If we’re not part of the solution, we’re the precipitate!

The Way of the Heart By Greg Villers

The heart is the key to us having what we truly desire. In relating to people it is our heart that is recognized and known. Whilst people may be impressed by our achievements as these are aspects of ourselves that deserve to be acknowledged, we are no lesser a person for not “achieving” anything. Still it is a good feeling to have others see what we have accomplished and say well done. But beyond all of this, even though to the outside world we may not appear to accomplish anything of note, if our hearts are open and we emanate the love that is our true nature then others will feel who we truly are. To be in the presence of someone who simply loves us without judging is a priceless gift that allows us the freedom to simply be accepted. In truth what we do or appear to accomplish in this world is of little consequence compared to our ability to demonstrate love in action. During this year of transformation and powerful change we all are being invited to surrender to the ‘Source of all Life’, whatever you may call it. It is time to move beyond who we have believed ourselves to be and awaken to the truth of our Being. True Love is all we have ever sought. We have failed to find it as we have looked outside ourselves when it has been within us all along. What we have sought from others could only ever be the reflection of our own Hearts recognition. The joy of conscious relationships is simply to experience the Love that we are. As God experiences itself through us, so we see our own reflection through the eyes of others. A very good exercise to do to allow us to see our own reflection is simply spend a few minutes each day gazing into the mirror and saying “I see you God”. Try doing that for 21 days or longer and see how your perception of the world changes. To find happiness and experience the joy of existence we must make our first priority to the Divine. If we could have created ongoing happiness

At the level of the unenlightened mind we are perpetually stuck in a cycle of doubt and fear. We are set free when our mind yields to the heart. The Way of the Heart invites us to experience a different reality based on love and reverence and respect for others. It recognizes that we are all one and that in harming another we are harming ourselves. To coexist in harmony with all others is the aim of a heart centered being.

The way of the heart is the way of our creator. Our creator created us in the image of love, yet as we have for so long turned way from this image and identified with all that is not of love, we have been become trapped in the illusion of not recognizing the beauty of the light in each other. To be able to see the light of each other’s hearts and reflect that back to the person is an invitation to see the light of God in each other. When we can see God in all things, then we will have achieved Heaven on Earth. Mission completed.

and all that our hearts desire through our own efforts then most of us would be rocking and rolling in the happiness stakes by now. It is not our fault that we haven’t achieved this state as we have been doing it from a place of separation not connectedness to our Source. True lasting love, joy and happiness can only ever come when we are feeling and allowing the love of our creator to manifest all we allow. It is always a good idea to ask ourselves the questions that will move us beyond the stories we have created to keep us identified with the illusion of this world. Questions like, what would love in action look like? What would that feel like? How would others see me if I was demonstrating that and what impact would that have on me and those around me? The world as we have known it is dying and this is perfect as we cannot sustain an existence based on falsehood any longer. What sane person would want to anyway? We live in an insane world ruled by insane people and we are the ones charged with bringing sanity to the world. This can only come about as we awaken from the dream of what appears to be real yet can’t be because so many are suffering. The truth of our divine nature will not allow us to inflict harm on any other so obviously those who perpetuate the ongoing suffering to others are still operating from the old seperative self paradigm. The way of true lasting change comes as we are witnessing through the brave souls living in countries like Syria who are making the ultimate sacrifice in order to change a corrupt system. They are standing up and saying this is not okay. We will no longer tolerate corrupt systems where others seek to inflict control and suppression of our God given right to be free. Our hearts are demanding freedom from the control and suppression of these ignorant and redundant beings.

Soul ContractsBlueprint of Life By Shari Rhodes

There are many interpretations of the concept of soul contracts. However as a medical intuitive reader, my understanding is that soul contracts are a blueprint to the soul. Prior to incarnation into physical form, a person designs a specific choreography of experiences, relationships and events that facilitate soul growth and selfawareness. The person decides which lessons need to be worked on and the most effective way to create scenarios and characters to resolve them. The individual chooses certain people who have journeyed with them in past lifetimes to re-enact experiences to resolve issues such as abandonment, low self-esteem, purpose, illness or abuse. Feelings of synchronicity occur when two people just meet and there is a sense of familiarity, family or shared history. They sense the connection isn’t the first. People cycle around emotional issues stored on a cellular, DNA, organ and molecular level of the body. Until these issues are released on a physical level, the emotional patterns will continue to play out. People will design a soul contract involving illness, death or catastrophic challenge in order to clear past karmic relational patterns or to develop a deeper spiritual connection with self and others from the heart. Life experiences are similar to an illusive hologram or game. It is like an intricately choreographed play or sequence of events and relationships enabling the

person to come to terms with their authentic self, clean up unfinished business from the past in this lifetime or inter-dimensionally. (In other words, past lives with unresolved emotional issues that needs to be cleared.) Working through soul contract material is like cracking a code in a puzzle, trying to figure out what the key lessons are for a particular incarnation. There are no accidents. Every major experience and relationship is predetermined and pre-written before incarnation here. There is always free will and personal choice. However, if the material designed to be worked through is not resolved, then one must adhere to the original soul contract until it is complete. We are guided to these choreographed experiences and relationships that move us to the next level of our development. There is a sense of correctness in our choices when we are aligned with what is guided for us. We can feel when we are steering off track by feeling blocked, stagnant or flat or an experience doesn’t feel appropriate. We get a sense of meaning and accomplishment when lessons are successfully cleared. Since the year 2000, there has been an acceleration and intensification of planetary

energies. With the adjustment and recalibration of energy on the magnetic grid lines on the planet, everything has been revved up. As a result, suppressed feelings that can no longer be stored in the body are rising to the top to be cleared. Many people are challenged with more intense material to work through such as cancer, death, accidents, and loss of security at home or work. Often issues are overlapping causing great distress. Many people are pushed to their limits and are being challenged to go deeper into the void inside them. They are being challenged to find deeper meaning and connection to their inner self and the divine. The “existential void” involving the loss of external structures representing security or identity of self, either lose meaning or the person feels lost, confused, disconnected and out of sorts. The challenge then becomes to sit in that empty space with self and discover the authentic core without the face or mask of social identification and vocational roles. If the person chooses to sit in this empty space, a deepening can occur leading to the discovery of the true self, expanded intuition and deeper connection. Seeing beyond the surface, the hologram of life is recognized for what it is. A solid sense of self beyond

the physical form can result. The purpose of the soul contract can be consciously accessed and interpreted. The person is then freer to choose to work in alignment from inner guidance without driving their energies from personal will. The person can ask internal questions and then recognize the appropriate action to take. The interior journey of releasing attachment to physical form to define self involves surrender, trust, faith and commitment to adhering to a higher directive. The purpose of the soul contract is to bring the person back home to self in a cocreative dance with the divine and his higher self. Rather than viewing life challenges from a reactive emotional response, the person has the opportunity to choose to look deeper, resolve core issues, let go and simply be. The point of our being is to evolve the soul as well as raise the vibrational frequency of the planet. Everything must move forward. Collectively, we are only as strong as the weakest link. When we can clear ourselves of our karmic material and remember who we are at source, we gain greater inner peace, compassion, humility and purpose. We affect everyone else on the chain. A shift in a single cell can affect the whole. We each have an indelibly important part to play in the evolution and upliftment of the planet. A microcosmic shift on a cellular level affects the macrocosmic whole and then everyone can move forward. Being on the planet with all these cataclysmic changes is a gift and an opportunity to make a difference, transform and reach our highest evolutionary potential. Each moment is precious. We never know what the next moment with bring. We each have the opportunity to make the most of it and be fully and authentically in the now.

The purpose of our lives is to return home to ourselves. When we can look in the mirror with self love, acceptance and forgiveness of our shortcomings and transgressions, acknowledging the beautiful light within, then we have come home. Manifestation can only fully occur in the physical world when we can stand in our power and love ourselves just as we are. Though experiences and relationships are choreographed on our soul contracts, we can only manifest the highest possibility of our potential with full self-love and entitlement. Often success is sabotaged when we don’t feel worthy of the best. A financial rollercoaster often reflects where we are not embracing ourselves and allowing ourselves to have the unlimited resources of the universe. The level of magnetic attraction often reflects where we are in consciousness and what we believe about ourselves. The purpose of the soul contract is to have the same level of kindness and compassion toward ourselves that we do for others. It is easy

Shamanism - Nature and Devas By David de Warenne

Shamans have always understood that we are connected to everything else and that all is of the oneness, although we do indeed appear separate. The beautiful symbol of the spider’s web illustrates this perfectly. Each strand is connected to another creating the web of oneness, and the Shaman is the spider, the energetic weaver of the web. Science and Quantum physics calls this inter - connectedness the unity principle, and that we are all connected via the ‘unified field’. Shamans would all agree that humanity is at a loss these days merely through the fact that we have lost our connection with the natural world and the beings that reside there. The old school of science somehow suggested that we were separate from nature, and certain religions like to suggest that humans are of a higher standard than the natural world around us. Let me demonstrate within the following story that not only highlights a very interesting fact but also raises a smile. A scientist was researching the natural behavioural habits of Otters. He was sitting within his camouflaged hide filming a particular group of Otters going about their everyday tasks. As a scientist he classed himself as separate from the natural world and within his body of research called himself an ‘Observer’. He was recording all of the data that he was witnessing about Otter behaviour, when suddenly a male Otter noticed him, came up to him, sniffed at his foot and then proceeded to urinate on it. Astonished that something extraordinary had just occurred, this scientist recorded into his journal, “Observer becomes Participant”! An interesting fact about this story is that this particular scientist had an Indigenous North American lineage, and knew within that precise moment what his ancestors had meant when they proclaimed that ‘We are all connected’.

The fact of the matter is that human beings ARE PART OF NATURE, neither above it, nor separate from it, but part of this web of inter-connectedness that we all share with other beings. The shamanic view is that all things are part of the ‘Spirit that moves through all things’. This is a similar perception to the Omnipotent, Omnipresent God of Christdom, and that Shamans have always communed with this spirit and with ‘Devas’, the nature entities that are all around us, all of the time. These nature beings, like us, are multi-dimensional beings, which mean they reside simultaneously within several, if not all alternate realities at once. It is said that only 10 percent of our entirety is actually manifested here in the physical third dimensional reality, whilst the remainder is of a higher frequency reality. Some would call these aspects of ourselves our ‘Spirit selves’ (The spiritual counterparts of our physical bodies), our ‘higher selves’ and our ‘I AM’ presence, all being different aspects of who we really are. The other entities that we share our planet with also have these other spiritual aspects, and Shaman have always communed with these other aspects of nature beings to retrieve wisdom, knowledge, guidance and healing. How do we communicate with nature spirits, birds, plant devas, animals, mountains, rocks and rivers? Not excluding the ‘Spirits of place’ and other powerful and benevolent spiritual beings such as the Sun, the Moon and Mother Earth herself? What would they share with us if we could? This answer lies within the ancient art of the Shamanic Journey, the technique that shaman have employed for eons to shift their state of awareness to that frequency where these

other beings reside in the realms of Spirit. The reality is that these beings are speaking to us 24/7! Do you think that all of those thoughts that pop into your head have been generated by your own mind? Think again! The truth is that we are not really aware that we are constantly being bombarded with spiritual ‘chatter’ from other beings, and most are not able to hear these messages because they are not in tune with that which is always present around us. It is like radio waves...they are always around us, but we have to tune into the right frequency to listen to our favourite radio show! The voices of Spirit, as well as that of Nature, don’t really use words to communicate with us, but do so by using signs, symbols, visions and inner promptings like intuition. My Shamanic teacher collectively called these forms of communication - ‘Inner vision’. We as humans forget what we ask for within our own internal intentions and requests amongst our constant mind chatter from one second to the next, let alone a day. It is said that the average human being losses focus every 8-10 seconds! However through the Law of Attraction we always attract an answer to our musings, and these always come through from ‘the Spirit that moves through all things (Which includes intimate objects) and they nearly always come through nature. When a shaman consciously wishes to be shown something or requires an answer to a particular question, they would put out a clear and focused INTENT to the Universe, and then allow the ‘Spirit that moves through all things’ to answer them via a sign, These signs could come as a profound clap of thunder, or more subtly as a butterfly landing on your head or a feather that lays before you. We would, and could call this conscious technique of questioning and seeking answers as - ‘Divination through nature’, which is the same technique one would use when using Oracle cards and the like. When we attract a being to us in the form of an insect, bird or animal etc., the meaning towards our issue may be instantly apparent, or sometimes it may need to be meditated upon for a while before the meaning unfolds for us, but the answer always comes, we only need ears to hear and eyes to see. Another way of communing with nature is through

deploying an intention coupled with using the shamanic journey, and purposely journeying to the spirit of a certain nature spirit, that being a bird, animal rock or river. Once we have made this connection we only need to ask our question of it. What would one ask a nature spirit? Everything within nature holds a unique essence of itself, a gift or quality. We call this - Divine essence, a name that I personally love and use as a label for my shamanic healing practice. For example, an eagle has the ability to soar above the world with far reaching vision, so its qualities represent seeing the big picture within an issue, and having great vision. A mouse on the other hand can only see in font of its nose. It can see the small picture and knows how to set little step by step goals for itself, it is a great pathfinder as it weaves its way through the undergrowth on it day to day missions. A frog can teach us that we have the ability to live in both worlds - land and water, which is in itself symbolic of the world and spirit. Can you see how we can apply the spiritual teachings and the essence of a nature spirit into our own everyday lives? I was born with the ability to have vast vision, to see the complete picture and end result, it is a natural gift that I possess, but for years I struggled with achieving my dreams. I could not for the life of me complete goals until I asked spirit for help and mouse medicine came to my rescue, mouse helped me formulate step by step goals that aided my journey until the big picture that I always saw was competed. No creature is better or more important than another; they all have powerful medicine or gifts to share with us if we would only but ask. What else could we ask of nature, and who would answer our calling? The moon might teach us how to harmonise with her rhythms. So many people are out of touch with this powerful part of our existence, that being in sync with natural rhythms and flow of the energy tides. How much more harmonious our lives would be if we were all in tune? In tune with what? The natural frequencies of course. A river might teach us how to flow; a mighty Kauri or Oak might teach us to stand strong and not budge, whilst a Kanuka tree might suggest that we stand strong also but be flexible at the same time. Butterflies teach of transformation, whist snakes teach us of

transmutation, and the list goes on and on because everything has a divine quality or a divine essence, which often accompanies the creature or entities physical characteristics and reflects as its keynotes. So next time you are out and about and you are attracted to something within nature, ask yourself what this might mean to you and how you can integrate this message into your life and use it to. You might also have to ask yourself just what you just previously asked for.

Apart from the Devas and Elemental beings, the elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water have much wisdom to share with us. We are actually made up of these four essential elements, and they reside within us showing us always that we are indeed connected to all things.

Few use actual mind power. The ‘Magi’ of old were adept at their practice. There was no EGO involved as they worked for the greater good. In later times, those known as ‘Shamans’ could travel to the outer realms to connect with the energies of those they wished to assist. Again, only mastery of the mind enables this practice.

our co-pilot that does the everyday stuff. Our higher mind (Or the pilot in this analogy) stands back and observes. It often gives helpful comments, but unless the co has good hearing or perception, it misses the communication and flies on regardless. How well we do depends on how well our co-pilot has listened and wisdom it’s learnt; if not much, our flight can be more bumpy and precarious.

When things get really tough, our pilot offers to take over, but may be blocked! It does not force and offers free will. However, when things are in crisis and our co-pilot shuts down or can no longer manage it will step in; such a time may be at our final crisis point where it takes us through the veil…

So continuing on from last month, who is the driver? If our body is our vehicle or temple as it’s sometimes called, then our brain is our computer whose job it is to instruct the body so it is not just a stationary object, but one that moves, acts and creates. ‘Our physical being’ is acknowledged here as including our lower mental and astral aspects as these are also part of the lower plane and temporal like our body. However, as they aren’t physically attached they may hang around as ghosts after the death of a body if they’re really attached to the physical realm! So going back to our original question, who operates the computer? Is it our soul, or our creative ‘higher’ mind? Are these the same thing, or are they just related? Before we depart into this part of the discussion, let’s take the vehicle analogy a little further. Consider a modern car, which like modern man is a complex machine. If the cars computer is damaged, or has a malfunction or failure, the lights may not operate, the wipers may not work, or indeed the engine may not start, even though the vehicle looks fine. Conversely, there may be damage to the physical vehicle that does not affect the computer, but stops the vehicle from operating normally… In both of cases, there are likely to be specialised repair places to fix the problem, but if the damage is too great, then a full fix may not be possible. And whatever the case, the vehicle will eventually become old and worn out and will be thrown on the scrap heap to rust away and recycle. Ultimately, even if a vehicle’s body and computer are just fine but the driver is not there, then the vehicle just sits, lifeless. It is waiting for a life-force, a driver, to bring it to life. These analogies are just as true for people re a healthy or damaged body or brain. And when our soul departs, the rest just lies lifeless like a car without a driver. Like a vehicle that is left sitting around, our body actually decays faster when it is not being used as intended. There is another final thing to consider

here; when a computer is damaged it can become erratic in its behaviour, as can a human brain; a person who has a cyst, for example, pushing on their brain, can become moody and irascible. Similarly, if they’ve had a hit on the head that has resulted in damage of some critical part of the brain, a person can act quite normally most of the time, but when triggered by something such as another person saying or doing something that sparks a reaction, this otherwise normal person can become unpredictable for a moment, even violent, then revert back to their normal state as if nothing has happened. The triggers are as yet unknown; I suspect they may be related to what was going on in the person’s mind at the time of the accident, or something that has some relationship to events surrounding the accident or even issues that were bothering the person at the time… that is, something that was affecting them emotionally just prior to the accident. It may also relate to the function of that part of the brain that had been damaged, yet whatever the case may be, it must be stated that this behaviour has nothing to do with a person experiencing bi-polar or schizophrenia ‘symptoms’; it is something quite different altogether and can happen to anyone at any time. So getting back on track, is there more than one driver then? It would appear that way. Short of asking an ascendant master, who are few and far, we have to make some careful observations, and another analogy… A passenger aircraft, which is a rather more complex ‘animal’ than a car, has both a pilot and a co-pilot. The co-pilot can fly the plane under normal conditions, but when the important stuff happens, they need to call in the pilot. If they don’t, the errors can be disastrous. Consider our lower mind (which operates through what we feel is our brain) as

It's her future she’s worried about and this is how she feels about the social welfare system that she’s being forced to live in! These solutions are just common sense in her opinion. Put me in charge of WINZ food grants. I'd get rid of cash for potato chips or chocolate, just money for 50kg bags of rice and beans, blocks of cheese and all the powdered milk you can haul away. If you want steak and frozen pizza, then get a job. Put me in charge of Health care. The first thing I'd do is to get women birth control implants or tubal ligation's. Then, we'll test recipients for drugs, alcohol, and nicotine and document all tattoos and piercings. If you want to reproduce or use drugs, alcohol, smoke or get tats and piercings, then get a job. Put me in charge of government housing.Ever live in a military barracks? You will maintain our property in a clean and good state of repair. Your "home" will be subject to inspections anytime and possessions will be inventoried. If you want a plasma TV or Xbox 360, then get a job and your own place. Put me in charge of compulsory job search. In addition, you will either present a check stub from a job each week or you will report to a "government" job. It may be cleaning the roadways of trash, painting and repairing public housing, whatever we find for you. We will sell your 22 inch rims and low profile tires and your blasting stereo and speakers and put that money toward the “common good..” Before you write that I've violated someones rights, realize that all of the above is voluntary. If you want our money, accept our rules.. Before you say that this would be "demeaning" and ruin their "self esteem," consider that it wasn't that long ago that taking someone else's money for doing absolutely nothing was demeaning and lowered self esteem. If we are expected to pay for other people's mistakes we should at least attempt to make them learn from their bad choices. The current system rewards them for continuing to make bad choices. AND while you are on Government subsistence, you no longer can VOTE! Yes that is correct. For you to vote would be a conflict of interest.....You will vote for a ‘welfare’ Govt. only. You will voluntarily remove yourself from voting while you are receiving a Government welfare check. If you want to vote, then get a job.

Underpinning this workshop is the point of view that what we as humanity are now experiencing is a ﬁnal time in which we make our choice as to how we are going to live in our world. It is known as “The Shift” and you will be experiencing it in many ways including speeding up of time, memory lapses, change in sleep patterns and dreaming, physical symptoms and changes in perception of all kinds, and major life changes especially in relationships.
