Longevity Rewarded :

After five years of dedicated service, full-time colleagues receive an additional day of annual leave as a token of appreciation for their commitment and loyalty.

Pro-Rata for Part-Time:

Part-time colleagues also benefit from this extra day, calculated proportionally to their hours

Recognition for Managers: Managers receive an additional day of leave after two years of service, and an extra two days after reaching the five-year milestone
