What do you do at Cliste?
I am the Group Marketing Manager for 5 of the 15 hotels in the group and I look after the Design team at Cliste Hospitality. As part of my role for marketing for The Keadeen Hotel I oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns as well as analysing the campaigns performance to drive business growth.
How does your role interact with the Keadeen Hotel Team?
As part of our ongoing marketing efforts, we regularly produce fresh content for your various business channels including weddings, F&B, Rooms as well as seasonal promotions like Christmas, Easter, and Halloween. This content is used to update our social media, website, and printed materials. The Keadeen team is the property’s greatest asset and customers love to see all your faces in our content so this is where I will be asking for a photo or two from time to time.

I find immense joy in bringing our creative marketing campaigns to life and witnessing their impact. However, my greatest source of happiness stems from my family, particularly the little ones who fill my days with fun and laughter.
Your proudest achievement to date?
One of my proudest achievements is earning my Master’s degree in International Business. Balancing work, family, and studies was a significant challenge, but the perseverance and dedication it took to complete the program made the graduation day even more rewarding.
What advice would you give to the Keadeen Hotel team?
Keep up the excellent work! The warm welcome and genuine hospitality from the team have been fantastic. I’m excited to see how you continue to develop the product in the future.
NEW SYSTEMS UPDATES - ALKIMII
This month, we rolled out Alkimii at the Keadeen, and we’re thrilled to see our colleagues embracing this new way to clock in and out! A huge thank you to everyone for your enthusiasm.
But that’s just the beginning! In the coming weeks, we’ll be launching the HR System feature of Alkimii, turning it into your one-stop shop for everything you need—employment details, important documents, onboarding, leave requests, and rosters all in one place. Lorraine will be reaching out to everyone to ensure that your details are accurate as we upload them into Alkimii. Stay tuned for more updates!

KEADEEN LAUNCH EVENT
The Keadeen Hotel Launch Event was an overwhelming success, and we owe a huge debt of gratitude to each and every one of you for your tireless efforts and dedication. We were thrilled to hear such positive feedback from Matthew O’Callaghan and Denis Williams, who were both incredibly impressed by the event’s success. Over the past few weeks, the colleagues of the Keadeen have truly shone by sharing the magic of the Keadeen hotel through the Chronicles from Keadeen! A massive shoutout in no particular order to Joey, Edgar, Tina, Catherine, Aneta, Mary, Michael, Sean, Philippe and Stephen for stepping in front of the camera and becoming such fantastic ambassadors for the hotel. Your efforts not only attract potential guests but also create a welcoming image for prospective new colleagues. Thank you for showcasing what makes our hotel so special!
Exciting updates at Keadeen Hotel! We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Alkimii on September 30th, a user-friendly platform streamlining HR and operations. Additionally, our Roster Week will now run from Monday to Sunday, starting September 30th. Procure Wizard is also now live, offering a comprehensive purchase-to-pay solution to help us with cost control. We’re also gearing up for the installation of the new Volante till system during the week of October 21st, providing a state-of-the-art point-of-sale experience. And to top it off, we’re upgrading our WiFi network before Christmas to ensure optimal connectivity for everyone.
