Head east to the shimmering waterfront this season.
We invite you to visit 15th Street Fisheries for the freshest seafood and a waterfront experience in an authentic Fort Lauderdale marina. The Fisheries is situated directly inside the city's most famous nautical landmark, Lauderdale Marina, and provides a superior complement of fine food and fun along the waterway near the 17th Street Causeway drawbridge just north of Port Everglades inlet to the ocean. The Fisheries is a consistent winner in numerous readers polls, and for good reason. Enjoy lunch or dinner downstairs at Fisheries Dockside, feed the giant tarpon from our docks, stay for dinner upstairs in our waterfront dining rooms, and be a part of the best “happy hour on the Intracoastal Waterway!
Experience a legend here on the Intracoastal Waterway.

ON OUR WAY I received the following email after our last issue was released: “Exquisite. I cannot come up with another word that describes your magazine. Once I get into inWESTON, I do not put it down without reading it cover to cover. I become hooked on every page. Every ad, every photograph is more beautiful than the other. Your presentation is magnificent!” It has been almost a year since the debut of the publication and we have worked very hard to live up to our initial promise to “distribute a city magazine that will have the look and style of Weston and live up to all of your expectations.” According to this reader, at least, we are on the right track. We are embarking upon fall in South Florida, and though our leaves will not be changing color, many things around us will. Our tumultuous world can learn a lesson from our culturally diverse community. Despite our differences, we all unite to support causes that benefit the City of Weston. We cheered and cried together when our favorite teams competed in the World Cup. We celebrated our country’s independence regardless of our different heritages. We stood together at the numerous bus stops as we watched our children board and enter into another year of learning. We will celebrate upcoming holidays and surround ourselves with friends and family. Those of us who publish and produce inWESTON continually challenge ourselves to improve on each successive issue. We recently gave our magazine a “facelift” to make sure we continue to appeal to your tastes. In our premiere issue last November, the title of my Publisher’s Letter was, “It’s All About You.” As we enter our second year as your magazine, we promise to build on that premise and make you proud to display us in your homes and places of work.

suits, stilettos and lipstick get in on A dAy of inspirAtion And empowerment with dr. elizAbeth King. Suits, Stilettos and Lipstick expects more than 350 “thinkers” to join Dr. Elizabeth King, SSL’s founder and CEO, for its 3rd annual conference at the W Hotel in Fort Lauderdale this month. The full-day conference stems from the life experiences of holistic doctor King and focuses on health, business and inspiration. Guests can expect vendors and a silent auction along with a lineup of renowned speakers and panelists, plus a special performance from singer Monique Abbadie from The Voice. Dr. King, who has had more than 36 surgeries since contracting polio as a child and was once told she’d never walk again, shares her experiences and how she overcame adversity. “I do this every year to energize, inspire and motivate women to live their greatest life,” says King, who is also the author of A Simple Guide to Holistic Health. Her Women’s International Holistic Council (WIHC) has provided over $55,000 in donations to local charities that empower underprivileged women and children. A fun new addition to this year’s event is a men’s panel meant to help shed light onto how men think about business and relationships. Among the participants are NBC-6 anchor Jawan Strader, former Miami Dolphin Chris Chambers, who now owns Chamber Fitness and is the founder of the C.A.T.C.H. 84 Foundation (where part of the proceeds from this year’s event will go); and Scott Joseph, president and CEO of “Chimp Food.” For information, tickets or for exhibitor or sponsorship opportunities, visit suitsstilettosandlipstick.com or call 954.903.9426.

Turning Tables For Polly Wilkie, giving back isn’t just a Feel-good hobby; it’s a Way oF liFe. by Jennifer leslie Kramer Polly Wilkie knows what it means to pay it forward. “So many generous people helped me get to where I am today, and even though I didn’t have it easy growing up—far from it, in fact—I know my path in life was mine for a reason,” she says. “Everything I experienced, all the hardships I had to maneuver through, it was all so I could understand the plight of others and find ways to help them come out on the other side.” And since 1996, she has been doing just that. As founder and CEO of Prestige Club, the non-profit that helps underprivileged children and young adults, Wilkie estimates that she helps 5,000 kids a year through the numerous annual events, camps, school outreach programs and monthly activities organized by Prestige Adventures for families with sick children.
CloCkwise from top: ice skating adventures, road trips to Disney World and picnics in the park are just a few of the activities Prestige Club organizes for underprivileged children.
Q&A with Polly Wilkie, founder and CEO of Prestige Club
Q:1
Why do you think Prestige has found such success? “Our Board of Directors and volunteers—everyone we work with—has such compassion. They are people that truly want to help others. I think it’s also due to the fact that we don’t let just anybody join. We are not an organization just to add to your résumé. In fact, I don’t allow anyone to sit on the board that doesn’t work. Nothing is for show here; it’s the real deal.”
To find out more about Prestige Club, visit prestigeclub.org. 28
inWeston Magazine
Q:2
What inspires you to continue your work? “I’ve always helped people. Even before Prestige, when I was working full-time as vice president of Community Bank of Broward, people naturally gravitated toward me and asked me to help with whatever they needed. I couldn’t say no. I still can’t. I truly enjoy it. I love spending time with the children and witnessing the difference we make in their lives.”
Q:3
You work with 21 other non-profit organizations in the county. How do these partnerships work? “These other organizations know about Prestige and refer their cases to us. We also work very closely with BSO [the Broward Sheriff’s Office], which brings us troubled youth. We organize monthly events and send out emails to all of our registered families, many of which have been referred to us through other charities and hospitals. But we raise all the funds ourselves; we don’t get any grants.”
Q:4
What is your most popular event? “I know our Thanksgiving picnic at C.B. Smith Park is among the favorites, probably because every registered family gets a $25 gift card to spend on their Thanksgiving meal. Plus, the kids love to chow down on barbecue and enjoy the bounce house and clowns. I raise all the money at our annual golf tournament in October, which is specifically earmarked for this event.”

A large part of Anger’s responsibility at Clear Channel is to provide compelling content to his listeners, which is why the company recently rebranded 93.9MIA to MY93.9. “After an extensive research project and tracking the requests by our listeners, we reformulated 93.9MIA to create the perfect radio station for South Florida women between the ages of 25 and 44,” says Anger. “It’s not a complete overhaul, but the music recipe has been fine tuned with the hopes of making our current fans happier and of course, gaining some new ones. We’ve illustrated that with the new ‘MY’ branding. Twerk Up A Sweat
Scene at SaGemont
Lace up those wedges and grab your favorite sex-kitten lipstick. It’s time to work out, or rather twerk out, to your favorite club tunes. The Vixen Workout, created by Miami’s own mami, Janet Jones, a former Miami HEAT dancer, is taking the nation by storm for good reason. This for-ladies-only hip-hop cardio class is inspired by moves seen on the dance floors of Miami’s hottest clubs—they boast names like “Dade County” and “The Milkshake”—and take place in a club-like environment with dim lights and thumping beats. Those who join Ms. Jones and her “society of twerk” can burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour. So when you’re ready to say so long to the Stairmaster, check out vixenworkout.com. With classes throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties, there’s nothing holding you back but your inhibition.

While the rest of the country reaches for their cashmere and boots, we here in year-round sunny South Florida bamboozle ourselves into believing it’s autumn with the following faux fall goodies: Spiced Pumpkin lattes from Starbucks, gingerbread-scented candles and the occasional Ugg appearance. So while we can’t exactly dress the part for fall (wool is overrated and itchy, anyway), here’s what I’m coveting right now.

For a talented and beautiful actress who is currently playing roles of women living dysfunctional and cunning lives, Roselyn Sanchez is remarkably together. Ambitious, organized and family-oriented, the Puerto Rican-born actress, model, singer and songwriter knows what she wants professionally and personally, and every day she’s working toward—and getting closer to—all of them. As a star of the ABC-created hit show Devious Maids (now airing on Lifetime), and the new Spanish TV series Familia En Venta, Sanchez, 41, gets to test her mettle at comedy and hyperbolic drama. “I have wanted to do comedy for a long time,” says Sanchez, who is spending weeks in Vancouver, BC, while her husband, actor Eric Winter, shoots episodes of Witches of East End, another Lifetime TV series. “Now I am doing two funny shows, one in

English and the other in Spanish.” Devious Maids, produced by actress Eva Longoria, is a popular American adaptation of the Mexican telenovela The Disorderly Maids of the Neighborhood. Longoria’s version follows the lives of four maids, played by Sanchez, Ana Ortiz, Judy Reyes and Dania Ramirez, who work for the rich and famous in Beverly Hills, yet each of them has goals of their own. Sanchez plays Carmen, a sassy, sexy and crafty aspiring singer who works at one of the homes of Alejandro Rubio, a successful Latin pop star. Her goal—surprise is—to break into the music business. “I just love the cast of Devious Maids,” says Sanchez. “It is so much fun and very rewarding to work with people
I look up to. Doing this show is a constant challenge, and I like that. The material is great” Her other challenge is a new Spanish TV show that debuted August 10 on the network MundoFox. The 13-episode comedy series, which opened in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, brings together a varied Latin American cast that includes Mexican actor and comedian Carlos Espejel and Colombian actress Angie Cepeda. Sanchez plays Lili, who gets stuck living with her husband after filing for divorce. “We are a 15-year-married couple with two kids who are divorcing,” says Sanchez of the plot. “We can’t sell the house, so we have to live together. We love each other but we just can’t live under the same roof. Everyone can relate to this story. I think it’s good.” Sanchez, who became known for her work in Rush Hour 2 (2001), Without A Trace (20052009) and The Game Plan (2007), was born, raised and educated in San Juan, Puerto Rico. As a young girl, she modeled, won beauty pageants, and showed off

her dancing and acting chops by performing skits for her family. She was ballet dancing at 4, playing piano at 6, and doing commercials at 12. At 21, she was on the top live comedy show in Puerto Rico. And although she enrolled in the University of Puerto Rico to study marketing, like her father and three older brothers had done, she knew it wasn’t really her calling— Sanchez wanted to pursue a show business career. So she left school, moved to New York and took up dancing, singing and acting classes. Through hard work, talent and her striking good looks, Sanchez’s career took off in both New York and San Juan, where she landed a small part as an island girl in the film Captain Ron, starring Martin Short and Kurt Russell (1992). From there, she has performed in many other TV shows and movies, continuing to gain experience and improve her performances in both English and Spanish. “My mother has always supported me and my dreams,” Sanchez has said. “She told me she would never clip my

wings, [and not to] let anyone else do it, either. This has been my philosophy through life.” It was sound advice: Sanchez has not stopped working—nor would she ever want to. “I am so happy and busy 24/7, but I also want to do musical theater,” she says of her future interests. “I would love to do the show Chicago and am working on that now.” In 1997, she did Fame L.A. for a year, a gig that combined singing, dancing and acting. Sanchez adored it, and remembers being thrilled the whole time, always eager to come to work. ”I loved it; I cried like a baby when the show was cancelled,” she recalls. “I want to do more with music.” Last year, she filmed a music video with Enrique Iglesias for his song “Loco”, a hot Spanish single from his Sex and Love album. Despite her thriving career, Sanchez has always made time for a personal life as well. Divorced from actor Gary Stretch, she dated a few others before falling in love with husband Winter, who was a model before becoming an actor, and married him in November 2008 in San Juan. The couple has one daughter, Sebella Rose Winter, who turns 2 in January. And Sanchez is hoping to give Sebella a sibling. Coming from a large family, she feels comfortable with children and knows the clock is ticking. “I definitely want another child, although I have to admit having kids changes everything,” she laughs. “It is all about the baby. We have no free time, no vacations, and have to plan everything ahead of time. We love her and want to be with her 24/7, so we do what it takes.” Winter and Sanchez take turns with Sebella, and often their workloads overlap. But they’ve figured out a system that works. When one of them is filming, it is

not uncommon to find the family renting a house so they can all be together. This way, day-to-day life can remain as normal as possible for Sebella. “Eric is an incredible dad,” Sanchez says. “I am blessed in so many ways, I can’t count them all.” Sanchez and Winter also have four small dogs that often
fly with them to be on location with the family—a Yorkie mix, a Shih Tzu and two Lahasa Apsos. Sanchez is an avid supporter of animal rights and has been active in PETA, once appearing nude in one of their anti-fur campaign ads. Her other charity work includes many non-profits for education, ill children from
impoverished families and other children’s foundation work. She’s got a big heart, she’s had good fortune, and she likes to pay it forward. “I am doing so well and feel extremely happy,” she says. “I am fulfilled in every way and just concentrate each day on the difficult task of keeping it all balanced.”

Where are you from? “I was born in Israel. In 1993, my husband richard vacationed there with a mutual friend. After a chance meeting we began to date, ending up with a week trip to Italy. two weeks later, I arrived in miami. I never imagined that we would marry one year later, raise three wonderful children, and that I would still be in South Florida 20 years later.” I have a major passion for… “traveling and studying languages. I speak Hebrew, english, moroccan Arabic, and some Spanish and French. I have been studying portuguese, too, which is probably the hardest yet. As for travel, our last trip was to morocco with my parents, who are from meknes and Oujda. We had an amazing time. We have also been to India, China, europe, Greece, turkey, brazil and Argentina.” What is your life philosophy? “‘One of the keys to happiness is bad memory,’ which comes from something my mother used to always tell me: ‘to have a happy life and marriage, you need to be partially deaf, blind and forgetful.’” Who are three people you have on speed dial? “Well, I have four: my husband— my life partner and best friend; my sister talie, who has been with me for 17 years and is like a second mom to my kids; my mom in Israel, who has been my life inspiration, and my kids, to tell them every day I love them, even when I don’t like them.”

What do you like to do in your spare time? “i love to golf, as it is a great teacher of patience, and i’m a voracious reader of non-fiction. a few of my favorites are The Four Agreements, Power vs. Force and Real Magic. I also love autobiographies, and i’m a huge college football fan. Go Blue!” What is your proudest personal achievement? “My proudest personal moments are when i stand in awe of the amazing people that my children have become and see all they have accomplished. It is the realization in those moments that makes me smile, and i know i must have done something right along our journey together.” What philosophy do you live by? “i have lived by my grandfather’s philosophy of the 3 s’s for creating a happy life: You must have someone to love, something to do and something to look forward to. My grandparents were married 74 years and any advice they gave is held close to the heart.” how do you de-stress? “I like to find a quiet place and practice some sort of breathing or Metta meditation, which is always very calming for me.”

What are your proudest accomplishments? “Definitely my marriage and my children and also designing a line of clothing that was carried in Nordstrom for close to three years. After losing my dad shortly after the birth of my daughter, I could barely get out of bed and function. I knew I needed a creative outlet and just started designing clothes for my baby. Five months later, with
some good karma and designs, my clothing line was picked up. It was a horrific time in my life that turned into one of my most unexpected accomplishments.” What’s your philosophy for life? “I always say, ‘No is not an option.’ Unless it’s unsafe or detrimental, ‘no’ is a blockade to a mecca of the most magnificent experiences.”
What’s always in your bag? “What isn’t? One to two tubes of my coveted (and discontinued) lipgloss; my signature scent of Fracas; a large Ziploc filled with whatever I collected on my last trip; Jolly Ranchers; stones, pebbles and shells I collected from my last destination for me to place on my father’s tombstone, and a ridiculous bag of receipts going back to last year.”
What’s your de-stressing ritual? “I would love to say something that would elicit a visual of a perfect body, like running and spinning, but it wouldn’t be a very authentic response. I stay calm by focusing on constant repetitions of appreciation, affection and laughter, in addition to some sort of creative outlet.”

I held a koala bear, kangaroo, wallaby, several bird species and reptile species, and more. I even fed a lion and tiger by hand.” What’s your beauty ritual? “I indulge in a weekly visit to Sazel’s Salon. I take care of my skin by using good products, but I’m not set on one specific brand. I like to mix and match them to come up with a skin-care regimen that works for me. I also drink a lot of water. I never leave home without a bottle.” how do you de-stress? “One thing I like to do is to just crawl in bed with my dogs, get lost in some detective show like Criminal Minds, and just forget about things, even if it’s for just an hour. my second way, and one that I think most women can relate to, is by going shopping. It’s amazing how happy a pair of shoes or a handbag can make you.”

Shearling the idea of venturing out in fur in miami may make you feel like a total idiot, understandably. but a touch here and there not only takes you from foolish to fashionable, it’s also a great way to get in on a good thing that we normally get shut out of. A shearling collar on a vest or jacket, trim on your boots or bag, or a shearling scarf for those days when it dips into the frigid 50-some-odd degree temperatures is a perfect way to incorporate this trend into the lifestyle. Midi skirts Minis will always be in fashion here in south Florida, but for fall, designing style mavens Victoria Beckham (she’s always been famous for these), Rebecca Minkoff, and Michael Kors are granting the wishes of women everywhere who love wearing dresses but stress out about baring their thighs (especially in the winter, when they’re often milky white). they’re chic, day- or nighttime appropriate, and super comfortable. sweater dressing Forget the idea of pulling out those five sweaters you recycle every year when the temperature dips. instead, embrace the seriously fabulous sleeveless tunic sweaters (give thanks to Bottega Veneta); plush, cropped pullovers worn with matching shorts; genius fringetrimmed, tartan-patterned versions from Tommy Hilfiger; and of course, sweater dresses (Michael Kors excels). even though the runways hosted an endless parade of krazy-with-a-k designs that were a blast to look at (but impossible to wear off those runways), there are loads of options for us that actually fit into our real lives. Moda Operandi

Fabulous is a word that gets thrown around too often, in our opinion, but if there is a website that defines it, this one is it. Billing itself as a “curated boutique of designer trunk shows,” this site allows you to browse the wares of uncommonly found designers such as Charlotte Olympia, Delpozo, Kenzo, Rochas and Thom Browne, among others; pre-order difficult-to-locate apparel, jewelry, bags and other accessories under the
“Trunk Shows” tab; and shop entire head-to-toe looks from super-casual to red carpet-worthy. Fun feature: They get to the party early, with preFall and pre-Resort offerings that you can order in advance; there is also a tab that leads to “Must Own Exclusives” by designers such as Ellery, Paul Andrew and Isolda, who, if the modaoperandi people are telling the truth, are only available here.
Shop-Ghost shopghost.com
This ultra-hip marketplace brings together a selection of items by various designers, then displays the price of each and provides a link to the website where you can actually make the purchase. For example, the cool new-forfall women’s Oxfords by Chloé (called the Risky Business Loafer, $479) pop up under “New Arrivals,” with a button that says “Buy from Barneys.” But it’s not for conservative types and has a very “rock and roll” vibe, and focusing more on style than fashion, if you will. Check it out for a refreshing shopping experience and to grab items you’re not likely to find in local stores. Fun feature: The hipness continues when you click on The New It, a tab that leads to a selection of quick, visual-driven tips with headers like “Be a Square” (showing box-shaped handbags) and “Santa Sack,” a list of bags that the style makers here deem wishworthy for the holidays, such as the Mark Cross Bi Colour Scottie and all Prada SS2014 bags.
JustOneEye.com justoneeye.com
Avant-garde and artsy, this is a feast for the eyes that engages with sliding imagery of jewelry, shoes, clothing, boots and home goods that you don’t see every day. Some of this fall’s best trends that you’ll be able to shop for here include statement bags (don’t miss the Pierre Hardy clutches in everything from fur to metals) and fur (including an amazing pair of black Newbark Sabine ankle boots) and embellishment done with elegance (Maiyet’s gorgeous Paillette Skirt). The color palette is predominantly basic, with lots of black, white, cream, beige and tan, and silver. But one entire tab is devoted to Red, and will take you straight to a selection of items that could tempt even the most disciplined shopper. Fun feature: A “Seduciary” tab that requires you be over the age of 18 and invited by the folks at justoneeye.com to access it, given its racy nature. Who wouldn’t apply?

There’s something fun and exciting about logging onto a fashion shopping site and seeing droolworthy items (hello, Alexander Wang Beet Leather Envelope Bag) marked with the banner NEW SEASON— and this goes for everything from sweaters to shoes to dresses to jewelry and even sunglasses (check out the eye-catching offerings from Illesteva, a not-so-commonly found eyewear brand that epitomizes cool chic and is a fave of style icons like Alexa Chung, Sienna Miller and Gwen Stefani). Shop what’s “Just In” over the past 21 days, 14 days or 7 days; shop by Trend; shop by Boutique (“New Season,” “Holiday,” “Workwear,” “Exclusives,” etc.), and of course, as with any site, you want to take a gander at what’s on sale. Fun feature: An elegant “Gift Shop” section proffering everything from monogrammed items, like jewelry and PJs, to killer fashion pieces (click the “Can’t Go Wrong” tab).
Yoox
yoox.com Shop pop-up stores like Master & Muse by supermodel Amber Valletta, Esprit, Wolford, Carlo Pazolini and more, along with daily New Arrivals from luxury brands such as Maison Martin Margiela, Pierre Balmain, Etro, Diane von Furstenberg, Vivienne Westwood Red Label, Galliano, Jil Sander and many more. From jeans and flats to formal occasion dresses, pumps and even gloves, it’s all here. Fun feature: “Yooxygen,” an environmental sustainability program of YOOX Group that was launched five years ago and partners with organizations, celebrities and designers to promote environmentally conscious (but still cool) fashion.

All your favorites and more are here, shown beautifully styled on models complete with accessories, shoes and handbag, looking ready to conquer the world—much the way you’ll want to feel when you peruse the looks. Particularly if you’re seeking out some of this fall’s most wearable must-haves, you need to log on and look for Isabel Marant’s Adrien Furt Vest in Moleskin Brown (a total splurge, but it’s a lifetime piece, for sure) along with Markus Lupfer’s sequin graphic sweatshirts (embellish, embellish). Fun feature: A “Lookbook” tab that brings up a selection of thumbnails to help update you, with titles like Top 10 Power Bags, Rules of Style, and Runway the Real Way. 68

This is a different shopping experience, because the wide selection of unique items offered here come from boutiques around the world. So when you order that fabulous Kenzo Peacock Skater Dress, or those new Tod’s Buckled Brogues, or—talk about a statement bag!—Paula Cademartori’s Petite Faye Tote, you may be accepting shipments from abroad. But don’t fear; the import duty is included in the total sale price. And if you have any questions about how it all works, or prefer to speak to someone, the order-by-phone number is provided on each item. Fun feature: An “Editorial” tab that allows you to learn more about some of the boutiques, see season highlights from the runways, read about featured designers and more.

If the name alone isn’t enough to lure you to this site, the goods you’ll find there will be. The latest and greatest clothing, shoes, fine and fashion jewelry, handbags and accessories from an international array of top designers—Givenchy, Isabel Marant, Kenzo, Saint Laurent, Balmain, Emilio Pucci, Dolce & Gabbana, etc.—are here, and there is always a chance you’ll score something for a steal by checking out the goods in the “Sale” section; just click on the red tab. But for the newest items, “New Arrivals” is where you want to go first. They also offer free express shipping to and free returns from the U.S. Fun feature: A Privilege Card entitling members to 10 or 15 percent off full-priced items (depending on how much you spend) from the Fall/ Winter 2014-15 collections (valid through November 30 and can be used for more than one purchase).

feyt.com Two years ago, Ferebee Taube—a former brand consultant for Vogue, Theory and Chloé, among others) and Earnest Sewn co-founder Eleanor Ylvisaker, both of whom look like models themselves, created this luxury styling site, which is heaven on earth for high-end shoppers. The duo created this with the busy shopper’s ease in mind, so as a user you create a personal online profile and then receive personalized recommendations to eliminate countless hours of hunting for those Alexander Wang shorts or Celine sandals you’ve just got to have. Fun feature: The customization and curation of your shopping experience using the results of online surveys and the advice of stylists.

Chef Michael McArtor, managing partner at Lucille’s American Café, is pretty sure he’s one of the few people who actually love their job. “I’m the first one in and the last one out,” he says. “It makes for long days, but I just can’t leave the restaurant when it’s full. I care too much about what goes on here.” McArtor has trained under such notable chefs as Paul Prudhomme and Emeril Lagasse, and prior to his “seven glorious years and counting” at Lucille’s, McArtor owned a number of restaurants throughout Palm Beach County. Now happily ensconced at Lucille’s—he can’t say enough good things about owners Beth and Paul—he spends a couple of days in the kitchen, but mainly oversees operations, ensures the kitchen is properly stocked and creates the weekly specials that diners crave. “We pay attention to what they want, and if it’s not on the menu they can email me and within 48 hours we’ll have their dish ready to go.” Lucille’s American Café, 2250 Weston Rd., Weston, 954.384.9007; lucillescafe.com.

BIG BALLIN’ FORK & BALLS
If you hadn’t guessed it already, the name of the game at this latest Fort Lauderdale eatery is balls—meatballs, that is—any way you like ‘em. Choose from classic beef, chicken veggie, spicy pork, a F&B house blend and the daily special, and then pick a sauce: traditional tomato, parmesan cream, mushroom, herb pesto or roasted tomato. Once you’ve got those decisions down, the real fun begins. Diners can choose Just Balls; Balls on Top, and use pasta, polenta, salad, spinach or other veggies as a base; or
Balls In Between, where your balls of choice will be stuffed into a sandwich. If you’d rather leave the particulars up to the professionals, there are plenty of other, more composed dishes to choose from, including salads, sandwiches and sides, along with F&B Favorites, where standouts include the Spicy Italian, a bowl of polenta with spicy pork balls, ricotta and sweet and hot peppers swimming in a sea of roasted tomato sauce, and The Texan, which combines classic beef balls, slow-cooked chili, aged cheddar and corn tortillas.
