The holiday season seems to be an extremely busy time for everyone, and it’s easy to get caught up in the rush of the season. With hectic schedules full of traveling and spending time with family and friends, and as we search for the perfect gift for everyone on our list, we sometimes tend to lose focus of a precious gift we’ve already been given: our health.
