April 2013 RE: IOM African Report TO: IOM Readers & Donors Dear Friend of the Ministry, It is been one of our greatest blessings to adopt the ministry of Lester Wehyee – New Hope Orphanage! We plan to raise funds for their staff salaries and orphans on a monthly basis (see figures below). Our first priority is staff salaries in order to secure the proper care for the children, affectionately referred to by Lester & his wife as “IOM’s grandchildren.” Our second priority being the care for the children (see figures below). When you sponsor a staff member and/or child, you will receive a profile of your adoption. We ask that you post this profile in a place where you will be reminded to pray often for these individuals.

February’s Report: The amount sent from IOM America for February staff salaries was $200.00USD and after all the bank transactions, New Hope received the total amount of $170.00USD. The below break is how the fund was used.

Staff Salaries: IOM Giving to Staff, $170 after expenses = $12.14 per staff Monthly Need: 14 Staff, $760 including expenses = $54 per staff, per month Monthly Need: 275 Orphans, $2,708.75 including expenses = $9.85 per orphan, per month
Please consider adopting a staff member and/or orphan! Lester is now the IOM Representative of the continent for Africa. He has already opened an IOM office there in Liberia and has met with nationals to explain our vision. He is one of my closest spiritual sons and his plan on reaching Africa is impressive and practical. When you choose to adopt a staff member and/or orphan, please make note on your donation the direction of your gift: i.e., “Orphanage Staff” ($54 monthly) or “Adopt an Orphan” ($9.85 monthly).
