Pickup Orders: Regular-priced items, in original condition, may be returned to the store location from which the purchase was originally made up to 14 days after the original pickup date.

Delivery and online orders can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer refund amount will be reduced by a restocking fee equal to 25% of the item purchase price plus a return shipping fee equal to the original shipping charge. Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be refunded in merchandise or store credit only. Items purchased online may not be returned at a store. Customers should contact I.O. Metro Customer Service at 1-888-223-5628 to facilitate a return. No returns or exchanges on custom or special orders, sale or markdown items, as-is items, mattresses or box springs. Cancellations are not accepted on custom or special order products. For all other items, I.O. Metro will accept a cancellation for a full refund if the item has not shipped. If the item has shipped, the company return policy will be followed. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or gift card used for the purchase. No cash refunds will be distributed.
