Webinar Training CSA recognises that it can be somewhat disruptive to Business operations when multiple employees or whole teams need to attend workshops. Therefore, the webinar training option provides greater flexibility for a Business to train their employees with minimal disruption. Using the same content and style of training, the CSA training webinar provides a comprehensive session on all aspects of cyber security. Our instructors will answer questions and queries throughout each webinar to enhance the learning experience. eLearning CSA eLearning courses offer a time-efficient option to increase information security awareness for a Business. With a full library of courses covering the core topics of cyber security, each interactive course is designed to improve the cyber hygiene for all employees within your Business. Courses are designed to be completed at the pace of the student, with real-time statistics providing updates on the number of users enrolled, their progress and results. Immersive Practical Training CSA designed the Cyberdea™ Zone to provide a safe, friendly and immersive training environment which allows practical hands-on cyber training through collaboration and teamwork.

Cyberdea™ provides a cyber working environment that can host up to 24 students to participate in facilitated Cyber Project workshops, Cyber Offensive training sessions or Cyber Defensive training sessions. Cyberdea™ offers the opportunity for students to immerse themselves in cyber technologies and principles not available through traditional online training packages and courses.

EXERCISING AND TESTING Cyber Hygiene Testing CSA can conduct real-time cyber hygiene training through the use of controlled email phishing campaigns that attempt to trick your employees into clicking on links and divulging information willingly.

Our phishing campaign platform, Decoy, records how your employees react to email phishing campaigns by simulating different types of emails that you may expect to receive into your Business. Decoy can target the whole company, specific departments or individuals and can track clicks, document opens, and information that is submitted to forms on the landing pages set up as part of the campaign.

Email templates can be tailored using reconnaissance to tempt people to act or supply information that they should not, simulating what real cyber attackers do. This testing platform is not just designed to ‘trick’ your employees but can provide an assessment on how suspicious emails are reported and investigated.

Incident Response and Business Continuity Planning Exercises Testing how a Business can react, respond and recover from a cyber incident can be just as important as training your workforce. CSA can provide realistic exercise scenarios to test both the cyber incident response process and the business continuity plan for a Business. Using realistic scenarios with carefully prepared injects, CSA will lead teams through a facilitated and controlled exercise designed to assess how a Business can deal with an escalating cyber-attack. Our scenarios can cover a major data breach, loss of IT services, a Ransomware attack or a scenario of choice.

Red Team Exercising For a more comprehensive and longer exercise, the CSA Red teaming option provides a detailed assessment of all security processes used to defend against the cyber threat. Our team of cyber experts will use a variety of methods to try and penetrate your cyber defences which include social engineering, phishing campaign and even trying to obtain direct entry into your premises. The preparation and execution of a Red Team exercise typically requires 2-3 weeks of effort.
