HOW TO STAY HEALTHY.. .. AND BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM As the return to work gathers momentum in re-opening Britain (again) for business, staying healthy is our main focus in these challenging times.

What is the best advice for keeping your immune system healthy and functioning at its best to help fight viruses? As in ‘normal times’ the advice is pretty much the same: ensure you have adequate rest and sleep, exercise regularly, eat well, and stay hydrated.
