NEW MOVIES 2013 NOW we know some of the new movies for next year that promises a great exciting show of emotions so let’s take a look to the most anticipated titles. ROBOCOP: Joel Kinnaman (TV’s ‘The Killing’) is the new Alex Murphy and it’s still about a crime-ridden city, this time in 2046, where a fatally wounded cop returns to the force as a powerful cyborg, haunted by submerged memories. However Robocop himself will look and act very differently to the 1987 original. The vis or will be see-through. There will be no twitchy robotic moves, instead it will have “a very human skin, and look very human”. The movie will also focus much more on the transitional phase, about a man becoming part-machine, and set a different tone. The movie will be out on August 2013. The Evil Dead: it is a horror film about five friends that finds a book where there are all the secrets of the death and the devil, the movie will be on theaters on April 2013. Thor the dark world: Marvel says the crux of ‘Thor 2 is continuing the dynamic between Thor and Jane, as well as the relationship between Thor and Odin. Loki will be present but eclipsed by a bigger villain. Rumour has it that will be both Asgardian sorceress The Enchantress and Jotunheimian warrior The Executioner, long-time enemies of Thor.

Iron Man 3: Borrowing elements from the ‘Extremis’ graphic novel, this is about Tony Stark dealing with a virus that spreads through nanotechnology. Rebecca Hall (‘The Town’) plays Stark’s intellectual equal, a brilliant scientist who develops the nanotechnology that unintentionally lands in the hands of terrorists. The movie will be out on May.

Super Man: After reading the ‘Superman Returns 2 plot synopsis I do think Bryan Singer should have been given another shot, but instead this is a reboot. It has been developed by Christopher Nolan, with a script from ‘Dark Knight’ co-writer David Goyer, although now it’s definitely Zack Snyder’s (’300, ‘Watchmen’) movie. So expect amazing visuals and kinetic action, based off solid story elements. It is one of the most waiting movies for 2013 and they expect to finish on June.

Some Healthy Tips Do you have a Strong Immune System? If your answere is NO, you have to follow this some steps: 1. Eat Antioxidant-Rich Foods Eating an antioxidant-rich diet is one of the best ways to curb free radical damage in your body while also optimizing your immune system. Ideally, try to include a wide range of fruits and vegetables in your diet, as this will give you an equally wide range of antioxidants, which is important since each antioxidant has a slightly different impact on your immune health.

immune system function) extend a vitamin D receptor to search for vitamin D. If you don’t have enough vitamin D, the T cell will not be able to activate and your immune system will not be able to take action appropriately.5

Many Americans are vitamin D deficient, so it makes sense to get your levels tested to ensure you’re in a healthy range. system in top working order because they help you relieve stress. Chronic stress impacts your body’s ability to fight infections in a number of ways, including altering the number of T cells that regulate an immune response and greatly reducing the effectiveness of your immune system. When you’re under stress, you’re also more likely to eat poorly, have trouble sleeping and resort to other unhealthy behaviors, like drinking excess alcohol, which can all further dampen your immune response. Cell-mediated immunity actually increases along with a person’s level of optimism,7 so it’s essential that you have a handful of tricks up your sleeve to pull out when you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or worried -- and do so on a regular basis to keep chronic stress at a very low level (as opposed to waiting until you’re approaching burn-out levels). Yoga, journaling, prayer, knitting, woodworking -you know better than anyone what makes you feel good, just be sure you give yourself permission to do those things on a regular, ideally daily, basis.

Based on our inspiration Throughout our lives we all get plenty of questions about what we do in the future, whether short or long term, or if it has to do with the study or work, questions like: What do we want? how do we want?, how soon?, and after that we get what we wanted what we do with it? These questions allow you to define the way we choose to come to a decision or other, may be trivial or momentous. That is why “Motivation” is what we’re focused on ensuring that we want, and steers people toward getting what longs. You could say that all the processes and decisions that are made in the course of life, are subject to the degree of incentive or motivation you have. The achievement of goals and targets is directly proportional to the favorable circumstances that lead to them, the effort made and the desire to get it. Hence the motivation to be used as an educational tool by teachers in schools or if it relates to education, and employers in the case of improving workforce development.

A mother is ... We owe her that we are, no more kind and gentle person than a mother. Since we are in the womb, we become the reason for its existence at birth and for the rest of our lives becomes our babysitter, teacher, laundress, cook, seamstress, stylist, messenger, psychologist, therapist, counselor, doctor and friend that is there for us, to mourn together in our miseries and our joys laugh no matter the time, the hour, the day or the site is always aware of what happens to us, than we need, of what we want and even what we think. It is unique, is capable of greater pain relief with a kiss, a caress or a love you. It is the kindness and gentleness, perseverance and fortitude, sacrifice and dedication, patience and gentleness, friend and example, light and wisdom, is the guide in our lives. At home, the beginning and end of all, the house is clean, hot food, clothes ironed, garden care and bathed the dog, he knows when to pay for electricity, water, telephone and pensions, what is needed in the cupboard, how to save on shopping, how to do magic to reach food or how to heal a wound. How many times does a driver trades, bricklayer, carpenter, plumber, electrician, gardener, etc., And all free, no vacation or overtime pay, without expecting anything in return, only for love and happiness to your family. Your heart is a pure, your soul a divine mirror, his advice the clear light of day that lights our way constantly. A mother is all that and more, so on this day, a thousand congratulations to mothers whatever their condition: poor, rich, white, black, young, old, housewives, professionals, etc., Are the gift that God sent us from heaven, are the angels who watch over us on earth. God bless you forever, and the best gift on his day is a tender kiss on her forehead, and a flower in her memory.
