Summary
The project presents an urban planning solution to the industrial area in Blagoevgrad and an architectural design of a specific building. The first part of the project, developed jointly with my friend and colleague Iva Stoyanova, includes a town planning analysis and suggestions for the central part of the area. The second part is an industrial building which fully complies with the existing urban plan and this kind of industry. The volumetric and space solution of the building is inspired by the production process and the specific situation, dynamically developed in height, it symbolises the performance of a ready-made product.

Summary
The project’s main contribution is the study of the morphological aspects of the urban structure and development of theoretical concepts for development of the city of Sofia.
Sofia field Vitosha Mountains Urban development forecast model of Sofia City, 2025
A universal method of the systematic and structural analysis and synthesis was employed, which allows the study of complex objects, and a forecast for Sofia’s urban development and planning to be prepared. Proceeding from the territorial structure of the city, a model for radial and concentric scheme of development was developed.

Summary
The territory southeast of the Ring road in the periphery of the capital is the object of secondary city center development. Situated in rich natural areas, the project proposes four main cores ̶ health, sport, culture and services, zoned according to the existing areas and the potential of the territory. The main compositional axis follows the best mountain views, requiring the establishment of a new communication system. West gate of the city and three emblematic buildings dominate in the skyline of the connections between the main boulevards and directs to the historic center of the town.

Summary
I participated in Isover’s 6th International Student Competition with my colleague and friend Iva Stoyanova. We faced the challenge to make a proposal for the revitalisation and conversion of the Chamber of Commerce and Production in Paris into a passive building.
Bird view of the model
During the elaboration of the project we conducted a through urban analysis of the Pantin region and the development of the French capital in northeastern direction. Our proposal was to convert the C.C.I.P. building into a Cultural Centre Isover for Production ̶ à modern platform for art, which creates a better standard of life and a different lifestyle for the people from the neighbourhood and the city.

The conceptual design addresses the issue of conceptual architectural solution to the appearance of the building by taking into account the potential of the proposed ideas for mass application. At the root of the architectural concept lies the idea to improve and modernize the existing building through general solutions. It offers clear treatment of the components of the building and creates a modern look for the building.

Summary In the periphery north of Torino, in an area expected to become an agricultural park, the question was how to plan and reuse urban and peri-urban agricultural areas raising the urban quality. With an interdisciplinary approach, we proposed agricultural diversification using sustainably local resources and engage people from the city through revitalization of the existing farms and connecting them in a network.
