BURST INTO BLOOM
TAKE A STROLL THROUGH the garden with this enchanting design by Naomi Anderson Events + Design.
1. A CAPTIVATING CONFECTION
A painterly gradient from peach to mauve flows in endless waves around this two-tiered gem from Buttercream. The cake appears lighter than air, floating above the soft petals of the dahlias around the base.
2. FLOWERY FOOTWEAR
Something Bleu does not shy away from going rose, heel to toe. These romantic stilettos are a piece of art that is sure to put a spring in your step.
3. TROPICAL TWISTS
Chowgirls’ Cordial is “bringing sustainability and flair to the classics” by pairing with the best local distilleries and using their own garnish garden to create these colorful cocktails. With refreshingly tart flavors including prickly pear, lime, bitter orange, and grapefruit respectively, the “Just for Fun,” “Classic Daiquiri,” and “Citrus Sour” are sure to please any guest. Fresh herbs, a dried lime wheel, and edible flower confetti top off this terrific trio.
4. SERVED SOPHISTICATION
This collaboration between Linen Effects and Après is a skilled execution of a tasteful table setting. Bronze silverware frames the intricately detailed plates. The complementary coral shade of the napkin ties it all together with a neat knot.
5. BE OUR GUEST
Epitome Papers’ invitation suite alludes to the colorful garden soirée with charming floral illustrations and a classical monogram. As if floating on a summer breeze, a delicate gold and diamond jewelry combination from Max’s Jewelry adds some sparkle.
6. VOLUMINOUS VIBRANCE
This bouquet by Naomi Anderson Events + Design brings the heat with warmly hued red and pink dahlias, yellow ranunculus, and splashes of orange marigolds. Raspberry leaves add a dash of unexpected texture to the greenery, and an unassuming vase allows the flowers to take center stage.

The Heart of Downtown Fargo
“Hospitality is the heart and soul of the Jasper Hotel experience,” says general manager Kylee Brisch, and with all the thoughtful touches, it’s easy to see that this is the case. The hotel was designed to honor the rich history of its hometown, Fargo, while simultaneously celebrating today’s local artists and makers. When you first enter the Nordic-inspired lobby lounge, the Plains-inspired color palette and regionally curated artwork fill the space with palpable warmth.
The fifth floor event space constituting the airy, modern Continental Ballroom and sweeping terrace with a panoramic view of Broadway Street is over 6,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 250 guests. The golden chandeliers and neutral color story are ideal for accommodating various styles of wedding décor.
A multitude of amenities are included with a Jasper Hotel wedding, including a complimentary suite for the couple, special guest-room rates, expert event staff, a private chef’s menu with tasting for four people and local, seasonal catering menus made fresh from Rosewild’s chef Jordan Hayes. “For newlyweds, the Gardner Suite is a dream for getting ready, winding down or both,” Brisch says. “This presidential suite includes a living area with a large sectional sofa and dining table along with a custom U-Turn Audio record player with a handpicked selection of vinyl records.” The guest rooms feature dazzling floor-to-ceiling windows and high-end details such as Faribault Woolen Mill blankets and a locally curated private bar. Desserts Have Your Cake And Eat It Too
Voted “Best Southern Minnesota Venue” for the past three years, the St. James hotel in Red Wing is a wonderful option for hosting your ceremony that just got a little sweeter. Baker’s Table, featuring desserts from top-notch pastry chef Amy Zerwas, is a new service added to the St. James wedding experience.
It begins with a cake consultation where Zerwas works with the couple to learn about their vision. She then creates a 3D image of what the cake or dessert display will look like for the nearly weds to review. “Everything is completely customizable,” says social media and marketing coordinator Chelsea Lockrem. “Whatever your dream is, we can make it a reality!”
Many flavors are available, ranging from classics like lemon, almond, and chocolate, to their biggest hit, lavender blueberry sage.
If you want an additional option to accompany your cake or are looking for something different altogether, Baker’s Table also offers a wide array of dessert selections from tortes, cheesecakes, pannacotta, cookies, bars and much more.
At this time, Baker’s Table exclusively serves those who are utilizing the St. James Hotel and its venues for their wedding. Red Wing, st-james-hotel.com/ st-james-hotel-bakery

New Venue
Industrial Inspiration
Working with architects at Christian Dean Architecture, The Lowlands’ team “wanted to create a space that feels refined and welcoming,” says venue director Marlo Munch. “It’s neutral without feeling sterile and has a lot of personality to discover as you move through the space.”
Set to open in early 2023, The Lowlands is a reimagined industrial building in the River Flats neighborhood of St. Paul designed to honor the space’s history. Its previous life as a sheet metal manufacturing facility provides interesting features that give it a unique atmosphere.
There are options for an indoor or outdoor ceremony with access to both upper and lower levels and a semi-private terrace. Two comfortable green rooms are included for getting ready as well as rentals such as custom tables and gorgeous wooden chairs. What makes this venue stand out from the crowd is the team’s many years of experience running Lowlands’ cousin venue, PAIKKA. Like PAIKKA, Munch states that they want to get clients excited about making their events more sustainable. They are planning to have organics recycling available onsite and will suggest utilizing their preferred caterers who are sustainabilityfocused, as is their bar program.
The Lowlands can seat up to 250 guests and accomodate up to 400 for a standing, cocktail-style reception.

Come As You Are
Mosaic in downtown Minneapolis is the perfect venue for couples looking to combine their unique cultures and personalities into one harmonious ceremony. Located within the FINNEGANS House building, The Mosaic team partnered with Lampert Architects to create a space that is both open and industrial—a blank canvas that allows you to design your dream event while accommodating up to 450 guests seated.
The team wanted to create a venue that centered on removing barriers around the vendors that clients can choose, especially for food and catering. “We want to honor the individual for who they are and allow them to represent themselves and their unions in the most authentic ways,” says co-founder Chanti Miller. “Being a minority- and veteran-owned business has allowed us to approach our business model through different lenses and provided us with the opportunity to create a space that instills a sense of belonging.”
Mosaic’s pricing package includes two fully furnished alcoves, two getting-ready suites, and rental options for tables, chairs, and linens. There is a permanent bar on site, a heated underground garage, and a 650-square-foot terrace with dramatic views of downtown Minneapolis. Guests also have a convenient place to stay with the connected Elliot Park Hotel. Minneapolis, www.mosaicmn.com

Accessories Bring The Red Carpet To Your Wedding Day
With a focus on handcrafting each piece to endure throughout a woman’s lifetime, Bella Rosa Collection bags are more than a mere accessory. Each capsule is handmade-to-order and includes thoughtful touches such as a personal inscription or custom embroidery.
The newest release, the modern, geometric Milan Clutch was designed in collaboration with Micaela Erlanger, an esteemed celebrity stylist who always has the perfect touch to complete a couture look. The white metallic, high-gloss, pearl lacquer finish of the Milan Clutch is accented with solid brass hardware that can be substituted with gold, silver, or rose gold. It also comes with the option to include a custom engraved plaque in the same hardware finish as the frame.
In addition to their chic appeal, you can feel good about carrying a Bella Rosa clutch knowing the company’s efforts focus on sustainability and giving back. They incorporate production techniques to foster a more conscious, slow fashion process, including minimizing waste by reducing overproduction.
