Our objectives are to obtain reasonable assurance aboLrt whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to jssue an auditois repo( that includes our opinion. Reasonable assurance is a high level of assurance but is not a guarantee that an audit conducted in accordance with ISAS will always detec! a malerial misslaiement when it exists. Misslatemenrs can arise ftom fraud or error and are considered material if, individually or in the aggregale, they could reasonably be expected to influence the economic decisions of users taken on the basis ofthese financial statements.

As part of an audii in accordance with ISAs, we exercise professional judgmenl anLl mainiain professional skepticism throughout the audit. We also:

Identify and assess the risks ofmaleriel misstalemenl ofthe frnancial statements, whether due to fraud or enor, design and perlorm audit procedures responsive to those risks, and obtain audit evidence thal is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for our opinion. The risk of noj detecting a maierial misstatement resuhing from fraud is higher than lor one resuhing from eror, as iiaud may involle collusion, forgery, intentional omissions, misrcpresentations, or the ovenide of inlernal conlrol.

Oblain an understanding of intemal conrrol relevant to the audit in order io design audit procedures that are appropriate in the circurnstances, but not forthe purpose ofexpressing an opinjon on the eflectiveness of the Organization's intemal control. Evaluate the appropriateness of accounling policies used and the reasonableness of accounjing eslimates and related disclosures made by nanagemenl.

Conclude on the appropriateness of management's use ofthe gojng concem basis of accounting and, based on the audil evidence obtained, whelher a material uncertainly exists relaled io events or conditions tha! may cast signiflcanr doubt on the Organizalion's abiliiy to coniinue as a going concern. Il we conclude thai a malerial uncerainB exists, we are requlred to draw afiention jn our audltor,s repo( to the related disclosures in the financial statements or, if such disclosures are inadequate. to modifv our opinion. Our conclusions are based on the audit evidence oblained up io the date ofour audiloas repofl. Evaluate lhe overall presentation, siructure and contenl of the financial stalements, including the disclosures, and wheiher the financial slalements represent lhe underlying lransactions and events in a manner ihat achieves fair presentation.
