Demand is high for skilled, ASE-certifi ed technicians— those who are well-established in the fi eld often earn up to $100,000 per year.
At IRSC you’ll be trained to work in auto dealerships, independent and national chain repair shops and fleet maintenance facilities as an automotive technician, service writer, service manager or parts specialist.
Upon completion, you’ll be prepared to take eight specialized certification exams given by the National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).
IRSC Programs
The Associate in Applied Science Degree in Automotive Service Management Technology is an excellent choice for a rewarding career in automotive service or repair with opportunities in management or for starting your own business. The program is certified by the ASE Education Foundation.
The 24-credit Automotive Service Technician Certificate and 44-credit General Automotive Technician Certificate help you acquire automotive skills and additional credentials in a shorter time while completing your A.A.S. Degree.
Career and Technical Education programs in Automotive Service Technology help students build increasingly sophisticated skills and earn clock-hour credit. A high school diploma or GED® is not required.
Day and evening classes are available. Financial aid is available for those who qualify.
