Graduates pursue careers as estimators, home builders, general contractors, construction planners, field supervisors, project managers, specialized subcontractors, material suppliers or inspectors.
The Associate in Science Degree in Building Construction Technology program provides instruction in building codes, materials, construction processes, terminology and techniques for successful construction projects. You’ll also learn the practical application of management skills needed in the construction industry.
Applicants must
• Complete the IRSC Application for Admission at irsc.edu and
• Submit official high school or GED® transcript, previous college transcripts and college placement scores (ACT®, SAT® or P.E.R.T.)—as appropriate.
