Below are some scenarios, which help you to approximately calculate your future income depending on the structure of your business. (These examples however do not guarantee in any way that your income will be the same).

The compensation plan: how much will I earn? By inviting your Consultants to actively sell and build a sales structure you encourage them to look for and train new Consultants. As your sales structure revenue increases you raise your own status and your bonuses increase. For your entire structure, depending on sales, you are entitled to up to 37% of Сomissionable Volume (CV). 10-12% of this amount represents your own income. The greater the number of effective Consultants in your first line (we recommend that you get at least four or five Consultants of this type involved with the Company business from the very beginning), the more reliable and profitable your business will be.

$212.50 RANK 4 CONSULTANT scenario Let’s say that this month you have 1,250 points of OV including 500 points of PV. According to the OV Commissions Chart you will receive a 12% OV commission. The commissionable volume (CV) for your 1,250 points of OV is equal to: 1,250 x $0.50 = $625. Thus, your OV commission will be equal to: $625.00 x 12% = $75.00

PREMIER CONSULTANT scenario

Let’s say that by the third month each of the four consultants in your first generation enrolled two new Consultants each with 500 points of PV. Thus, your Consultants have been qualified as Rank 4 Consultants (C4) and a 12% commission on their OV. Your monthly OV reaches 6,500 points and your rank is now Senior Consultant with 25% OV commission. The Commissionable Volume (CV) for your 500 points of PV is equal to: 500 x $0.50 = $250. Your OV commission in this case will be equal to: $250 x 25% = $62.50. Your commission on 6000 points of OV made by your qualified Consultants will be equal to: 25% - 12% = 13%. The Commissionable Volume (CV) for these 6,000 points is equal to: 6,000 x $0.50 = $3,000. Your OV commission in this case will be equal to: $3,000 x 13% = $390.

Let’s say that by now you have five Consultants in your first line as Rank 4 Consultants (C4) with 12% commission on their OV. Your monthly OV reaches 10,500 points and your rank is now Premier Consultant with a 31% OV Commission. The Commissionable Volume (CV) for your 500 points of PV is equal to: 500 x $0.50 = $250. Your OV Commission in this case will be equal to: $250 x 31% = $77.50. Your Commission on 10,000 points of OV made by your qualified Consultants will be equal to: 31% - 12% = 19%. The Commissionable Volume (CV) for these 10,000 points is equal to: 10,000 x $0.50 = $5,000. Your OV Commission in this case will be equal to: $5,000 x 19% = $950.

However, your Consultants have qualified as Rank 3 Consultants and you get a 10% commission on their OV. The Commissionable Volume (CV) for your 500 points of PV is equal to: 500 x $0.50 = $250.00. Your OV commission in this case will be equal to: $250 x 19% = $47.50. Your Commission on 2,000 points of OV made by your qualified partners will be equal to: 19% - 10% = 9%. The commissionable volume (CV) for these 2000 points is equal to: 2,000 x $0.50 = $1,000.00. Your OV commission in this case will be equal to: $1,000 x 9% = $90.00

The compensation plan basics:

1. Commission on personal volume (PV) - a 25% commission on a Consultant’s personal purchases and on any Client purchases calculated in US dollars during any one calendar month. (IMPORTANT: To receive this and all other payouts your monthly PV must be 100 or more points.) 2. Commission on organization volume (OV) - total sales volume calculated in points and generated by your entire organization, all customers, and consultants, including your PV. For your commission percentage see OV Commissions chart. 3. Commissionable Volume (CV) - gross revenue from selling products on which you receive an OV commission. It is calculated in US dollars by multiplying OV by $0.50 (for seasonal promotions - $0.35).
