The Barclay’s basic corporate meeting package for one low fee will make your event easy and efficient! A variety of rooms and spaces are available:

needed for preparation and/or break-out sessions

Standard Corporate Meeting Rates Fee for corporate meetings up to eight hours: Monday - Wednesday Thursday - Sunday
$5,500.00 $6,000.00
Hours above eight are available at $750 an hour
Fee for corporate meetings up to four hours: Monday - Wednesday Thursday - Sunday
$3,000.00 $3,500.00
Grace period of up to one extra hour will incur a fee of $625 Above five hours the 8 hour meeting fee will apply
microphones, amplification and hearing enhancement system

Bordering the beautiful campus of the University of California, Irvine, the theatre’s surroundings are both park-like and cosmopolitan: a perfect antidote to humdrum hotel ballroom options. UCI public parking is available in the structure adjacent to the theatre.
