MAGICAL CHRISTMAS FUN IS COMING TO TOWN Isaac Libraries are set to come alive with the sound of stories, laughter and fun as the delightful tradition of hosting end of year celebrations continues across Isaac this December. The special First 5 Forever Story Time sessions will feature fun and festive activities including singing, dancing, reading and craft across six local towns. Held at a traditionally joyous and family-oriented time of year, Mayor Anne Baker is encouraging parents, grandparents or carers to bring their little ones along to enjoy one of the interactive sessions on offer. “These special festive Story Time sessions are a much-anticipated annual event at our libraries, and I would encourage all families to come and join in the fun,” Mayor Baker said. “Isaac Libraries are a great space to enjoy at any time of the year providing a unique opportunity to connect with others in the community and engage

Special celebration First 5 Forever Story Time session will be held in Clermont on: Friday, 6 December at Rose Harris Park, Clermont from 9.30am – 11.30am The state-wide First 5 Forever initiative is delivered locally by Isaac Libraries, to provide strong early literacy foundations for all children aged between 0-5 years. The initiative is funded by the Queensland Government, coordinated by State Library of Queensland and delivered in partnership with 72 local governments through a network of more than 320 local public libraries and Indigenous Knowledge Centres.
